Brioso Roastery & Coffee Bar

I often come to this place for a great cup of joe on my break at work. I have been going to this location for years. It's great to walk up to this shop and check out some of the wares as you wait for your drink. It is on a bit of the cozier side so get here early if you plan on co-working at this space.I get the Ohio Maple Latte or the Honey Vanilla Latte warm or iced with almond milk. They don't make them sweet. You can still taste their wonderful coffee! The ladies who work there are so nice and they are so helpful if you have a question about coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, please check this place out!

Love the personality of Brioso! When visiting new cities I always seek out local roasters and I'm really glad I found this one! When choosing I always look for thoughtfully sourced single origins and blends, and Brioso delivered. If you know coffee you can tell what Brioso is doing and appreciate it deep down in your black coffee loving soul, but for anyone newer to coffee, this is an absolutely fantastic place because they present their coffees in a way that is fun, approachable and easily understood!I perused the retail roast selections on my way in and scoped out the pour over choices deciding to try their "curiosities" selection, a black diamond natural process, and the natural Kenyan as well. Both were delicious but I wish I had tried the Kenyan first and then the curiosity because my palate was dominated by the bigger flavors of the first cup. Staff was super friendly, roaster is on full display, and the vibes are communal. Great find and place for anyone who loves coffee.

I wanted to find a new cafe to study at and this place popped up on my map. The ambiance is perfection and the drinks are to die for. The cashier was very nice and I got my order within 5 minutes. I ordered the hot chocolate which was the perfect temperature upon receiving it.

Amazing espresso and they sell fresh roasted beans. The staff are very friendly and the vibes are great!

Brioso Coffee (on Long Street) is quite possibly my favorite place to go in Columbus. The coffee has always been excellent and their rotating seasonal menu is definitely something to try if you can. The regular/full time menu is full of great choices as well. The staff is always there to say hello and happy to get you going with coffee. Very polite, courteous, and professional. If you are lucky, you get to watch the roaster going and smell the fresh beans as they come out to cool. They have bagged coffee available as well as you can order from their large Cambro containers full of fresh stuff if you want something you don't see already on the shelf. Cups, mugs, coffee gear for grinding and making pour overs, stickers, shirts, sweatshirts etc available as well. The space is open and inviting, the brick and wood really make for a relaxing day to sit with good coffee.

I had been here once before and had an overall good experience. Today, not so much. Love the ambiance and vibe, as there are lots of tables and cute decor. However, I felt like the staff was quite impatient and short with me while I was ordering today. Then I received my latte with coffee grounds and other bits in it -- yuck. I also ordered a rose/vanilla latte and it tastes like neither flavors were there, just bitter and burnt. Really disappointed after I had a good experience the first time around.

Brioso is not only the best coffee in Columbus, but it is also a premier coffee roaster that would compete well against any coffee brand across the USA. We are lucky to have a roaster at this level in our city. I'd love to see them grow and have a few more cafes throughout Central Ohio.Yes to:Quality, consistency, hospitality, ambiance, yolo.No to:Great pastries, but there are few, and they go fast.

Really cool coffee and roastery! The coffee here is so fresh since they roast the beans here. The staff is friendly and talented with making a nice latte with latte art. Brioso has a nice coffee shop vibe with plenty of seating.This may have been the best tasting coffee we had during our trip to Columbus. Definitely worth checking out if you're serious about quality coffee!

Decent for Columbus at amazingly low prices if you're from the coasts!Apparently they roast their own beans.

I love Brioso! The coffee is fresh and delicious, and it's a great peaceful space to get work done.
