This venue is so much bigger and better than first impressions you get! We were there for a seminar. The Parkinson's Foundation sponsored this event. Parkinson's and Sleep was the topic of the was the seminar. If you love someone that has this disease, you learn quickly that sleeping isn't something that happens very often. Parkinson's interferes with sleep because your brain is unable to "shut" off. The guest speakers were a doctor, a physical therapist, and a mindfulness expert. Many of the behaviors these professionals shared were ones that John displays nightly. I was thankful that the information they shared was pertinent to our lives! The venue held at least 150 people, vendors and tables and chairs. There was plenty of space and walking around room. People that were using

This is a great venue for large parties and by large I mean 75 to like maybe 500. I went here for a friend's wedding rehearsal dinner. This place is huge. They've got a great room which seats I'm guessing 500 and looks to have dividers that will split the room into smaller areas. There's also a small room upstairs which is a little more private and intimate which I'm guessing seats somewhere around 75 or so. There's also a private balcony off to the side which has some bistro tables on it, would be really great on a nice day.The facility itself looks to be fairly new, not too much wear and tear. Very nice decor, with a very classic look to it....French or Italian style. The food was very good, served hot and promptly by an appropriate number of servers who all seemed to be focused on their jobs. Kept water filled and cleared plates promptly.Restrooms were clean and well stocked. From my point of view. A great place to try if you have a wedding rehearsal dinner or a corporate function.

We had an amazing experience at Bridgewater! Chris Adkins was phenomenal!!! He was very responsive, organized, flexible, and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. You can tell he truly cared about the little details and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day! The venue itself was spacious and clean, and the staff was wonderful! We really enjoyed working with Chris and would highly recommend him as your event manager to everyone!!!

I had no idea this was here, or rather, I didn't know what it was, just another random building at the top end of Sawmill. Sweetie and I went to the Made Local Market here today, and it's a great building for something like that. Easy parking and access, nice new building, plenty of room. It'd be a good place for a business meeting, maybe a wedding reception, etc. There's a lobby, areas off to the side, a large room in the center. They had a snack bar set up at the back; not sure if that's a permanent feature. It looks like there is another story but we didn't go up. We'll be back in December for the next MLM (I don't think they're always held here though.)

Bridgewater does an amazing job for our annual conference! This year was the second year we have hosted this event with Bridgewater. The large space, delicious food (especially the cookies and BBQ pork pockets) and friendly/ responsive staff make planning and accommodating easy. First floor Space has high ceilings and crystal chandeliers which make the rooms feel massive. The main room divided into 3 smaller rooms which was nice for smaller breakouts during the conference. Outside of the room in the hallways are nice nooks with couches and comfy chairs great for staff and participants to take a load off. Upstairs space is more intimate but offers a nice outdoor veranda. Plenty of parking and space! I would highly recommend. Shout out to Karen on staff who is always friendly and willing to help and can take care of all your tech and a/v needs and Debra the sales manager who makes planning easy.

I recently hosted a conference here for work. The facilities are beautiful (very nice for weddings, with large bride and groom's suites (including spacious bathrooms and comfy chairs). The chandeliers and classic furniture give the space an elegant feel. The larger ballroom is a great space for larger events, with various nooks for bars, a grand piano, and a lot of screen and lighting options. The veranda room upstairs is a great space for smaller meetings, with an adjoining board room. The staff on the days of the event were amazingly friendly, responsive, and helpful. I would have liked a little quicker response during the planning phases prior to the event, but everything worked out really well in the end. The food was good and very reasonably priced. We had some trouble with the audio-visual and lighting, but we've been told that much of the equipment will be replaced soon, and we were refunded some money due to the issues (without us even prompting!). The free and ample parking is also a plus.I definitely recommend Bridgewater for events large and small if you are looking for reasonable prices and great waitstaff.

I attended an event here a few years ago that was so well done, that when I needed to pick a destination wedding near Columbus, I called and was thrilled to find out they can accommodate us in the Veranda Room. Marla Ruoff the General Manager walked me through all the event details in a friendly and professional manager. With her experience, she thinks of things a bride wouldn't think of! The costs are easy to understand and I found on their comprehensive menu, choices that were exactly what I wanted! Happy to have bride and groom suites to get ready in since we are coming from out of town! Thanks Marla! I will post another review after the event!

We attended a fundraising event at Bridgewater. The banquet room was very large an accommodating for the fundraiser. The food was very good. The complaint was with the bar. It was like they were not prepared for this event. The line all night was at least 15 minutes. We only saw 2 bartenders, but most of the time they only had 1 due to the fact that the other was always running to the back to get things they didn't have or were out of. We missed so much of the event waiting in lines. By the time we got back to our table the food was cold. Totally ridiculous! My Whiskey sours were awful. They were making them with Seagram's 7, sprite, and who knows what else. When I ask them if I could get something better, they said I could pay extra for top shelf. When I ask what they had for top shelf, they said Jack or Crown. Since when is Jack a top shelf whiskey? People were finally going up and buying 4 to 6 beers at a time to avoid the line. Towards the end of the night, they were out of Diet Coke, Bud Light, Coors Light. We finally ask what they actually had, and they said Corona and Michelob Ultra. The bad thing was they acted like they didn't care. No apologies for the long wait or being out of everything. Very disappointed but still had a great time with the fundraiser.

The worst customer service and unprofessionalism I have ever experienced. They double booked our event after sending us numerous emails confirming our date and sending the contract. Brian, who they consider to be the manager, was the most unprofessional person I have ever experienced. Showed no sympathy for their mistake or desire to help with correcting their mistake. After calling other venues to book our event, every single other venue stated that they are not surprised by our experience with Bridgewater because they have had numerous complaints about them from other customers. After talking to the other venues, I realize what true professionalism and respect other venues have that Bridgewater does not even come close to. My advice to anyone looking to hold an event, stay far far away from Bridgewater because you only be disappointed
