I have officially been at Bridgestone for a little over a week now and I have to say it was one of the most wonderful and smooth move-in experiences I have ever had! Destini in the office is AMAZING and has been such a joy to work with over the past few months, getting everything situated. I moved from NW Columbus from a 1 bed, 1 bath to Bridgestone, where I am getting a 2 bed, 2 bath for much cheaper. Not only is the rent super affordable, but my apartment was just updated, so it is super nice! Being on the first floor, I was nervous about noise from my upstairs neighbors, but it hasn't been bad at all! In fact, I have had more neighbors introduce themselves to me and welcome me to the complex in the past week than I had my entire four years at my old apartment. In short, I am extremely pleased so far with my experience at Bridgestone Apartments. I can't wait to see how this new chapter in my life goes :-)

Just wanted to provide an updated, as it's been about a year since my last review. I'm still completely happy with my choice to move to Bridgestone, and the management/maintenance staff continues to impress. The office has been recently renovated and expanded to include a fitness facility. A grilling gazebo has also been added to the list of amenities. We had a community Halloween party, and I hope that the management continues to throw community get-togethers as a way for neighborhoods to get to know each other. My compliments, while minimal, aren't a reflection of the management, but rather some lazy tenants. Yes, there is a slight issue with last dog-owners not picking up after their pets, and management has responded by relocating bag/waste stations... I have a dog and am very diligent about picking up after her, but the tenants who leave it are just lazy. There is also a neighbor who likes to show his modified Mustang's car exhaust at all hours of the night; but it's seemed to improve after others complained. For more detail, look at my precious review, but I'm still happy with my living experience here and look forward to renewing for another year!

My first year with the new company I had little reason to visit management, except for maintenance issues. Which I would say improved about 50%. However, as it came time to renew my lease and my communication increased with the office, it was evident right away that things had greatly improved. I always thought the prior management company had been great, but even they had nothing on the customer service, friendliness and efficiency of the new management. I have really enjoyed the ladies in the office. And as things changed for me and I started the process of moving away from Columbus, the office staff has been wonderful!! I have not fully vacated my apartment yet, I will do that in the next month. But, I would absolutely, recommend this apartment community now! I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident involving a missing package at my former residence, 2473 Quarry Stone Dr. I lived at this address for five years and never experienced any issues with lost deliveries. However, after moving out, a package was delivered to my old address and has since gone missing. I have filed a police report and contacted the apartment office. Additionally, I spoke with the new resident and have photographic evidence and confirmation emails showing that the package was delivered to the front door. The pictures clearly match the floor mat currently at the residence. This situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I want to make everyone aware that there may be a thief in the area. I urge all residents to be vigilant and take extra precautions with their deliveries.Thank you for your automated response, Molly. However, I don't believe my message was read thoroughly. The package was not delivered to the wrong address. I confirmed this by speaking with the new resident and recognizing their doormat.I'm flabbergasted by your incompetency.

if anything i'd give this review 10 stars if i could!! i've been at bridgestone since july of 2023 and it's wonderful !! even tho maintenance has to come out every once in a week with me feels like every week but they are so wonderful and so kind. matt *maintance guy* so came out to every calls and has been nothing but sweet and nice! i told matt "i feel bad for always calling you guys" he said if everything was perfect and everything else we would've have jobs as maintenance and that is sooo true !! i was kinda worried living in the top level just because in winter heat rise and i was worried if the bottom neighbor would heat my apartment too much and gosh!! i don't even have to turn on my heat!! that's a great feature in my opinion!! apply to bridgestone apartments now!!

Best place to live in Lived here 2 years and I wish that I can stay more but looking for 3 bedrooms now I hope that they have 3 bedrooms I would stay for sure 2 years with out problems or even complains very helpful staff and very fast and kind maintenance

Great place to live! The staff is very welcoming and works with you to find exactly the type of unit that you want. Great amenities and community. Very upfront about all the costs & expectations of the residents. Nice area on the west side of Hilliard that is close to popular stores/restaurants but also a short ways away from country roads and some of the surrounding metro parks. Ample parking spots which is a rare sight in the Columbus area.

I've lived here 2 years and am probably going to renew for another year. My biggest complaint is the pet waste around the grounds. Management does need to find a way to make the residents accountable for this. Landscaping could be improved. Besides this, I feel safe here, maintenance is responsive and the office staff has always been helpful.

Wouldn't come to this place with the new management. Don't bother taking care of maintenance issues in any kind of timely manner. Instead of actually keeping up to date with occupants renters insurance they instead give you an excuse to charge you more money with there own "renters insurance" which doesn't cover your stuff. Manager doesn't even bother taking to you like a person. Tell you they aren't raising rent rates a month before you renew then give you a letter saying it's been raised $50, definitely not worth an extra $50 for this place. Also give you a letter threatening to make you get rid of your dogs cause they can't keep track of people picking up after pets and since there happens to be dog crap on the grass next to your apartment it's automatically your fault. Will be leaving when lease is up.
