Bray Co

Maintenance at The Bray Co is absolutely pitiful! Every time I've needed a repair, it's taken forever (leaks in shower, leaks in roof, etc.). Now my fridge/ freezer has been broken for 32 + hours. 1 guy came out today after 29 hours and 5 phone calls. He tried to say freezer was too full. I have proof that it wasn't. It has taken two more calls and a trip with food from freezer to the apartment office to prove it was defrosted. I absolutely have no words. We are starting proceedings of putting rent in escrow if this isn't fixed.

the absolute worst place ever! dont do it, check complaints with bbb. all of their rentals are less than desirable. im not sure how they are still in business. i would consider them slumlords. be advised look elsewhere for you and your families safety. i learned the hard way and took a chance. we are now suffering the consequences.

Please, please, please, learn from others and run...don't walk....RUN the other way!!!!! Bray Co is the worst!!! I wish I could give negative stars!!! Although, I could easily write a horror book...no, a horror novel...a series even, I'll spare you. (& I was only there 2yrs, yikes!) That being said...In short, Bray Co cares nothing for their properties, who runs them (or lack there of), nor the people who rent from them. If it doesn't effect Bray Co, they don't care, it's not their day to day life after all! So again, I'll spare you the massive amount of details I originally was going to share in hopes that short and sweet gets your attention...oh & one last thing... I beg and plead of you...please do yourself a favor and do NOT get involved with them!!!If that didn't get your attention, how about the last trick they tried with me...upon being granted my deposit back (the place was left beautifully, only needing paint) I was told I'd receive my check in 30 days. After the 30(plus) days, I had to contact them. At this time they tell me they cannot locate my original lease so they couldn't cut a check!(seriously only there 2yrs, & you lost my paperwork!?) Well luckily I didn't and was able to prove the amount and was eventually paid...to this day though, I still wonder if the petty despot was worth it all...

If you are looking for a new place please look further than the Bray Co. Unless you are okay with two months without even warm water, animals falling into your home through your ceiling (raccoons, possums, etc.), but hey, they're not my worst neighbors, maintenance men stealing your yard supplies, outlets that aren't grounded. Air conditioning and heat not working for a majority of the year, sometimes without air circulation either. One time about 10 gallons of water seeped into my house and it took them two months to fix that. So unless you really enjoy filing your rent into Escrow every month I would recommend a different rental agency. A great landlord is never a given but the Bray Co. has a total lack of respect for it's tenants and has taken the term Slum-lord to a whole new level.
