Located inside Bubbly Food Hall this boba shop took over the coffee/floral shop combo. The shop is near the north end of the hall. Their ordering counter is very welcoming. They have a nice welcome sign and a selfie station, which is a pink telephone booth full of flowers. I am super new to the boba scene. I find selecting flavors and bobas somewhat stressful. When the drinks are more expensive than a Starbucks latte feel pressure as I don't want to make a mistake and hate it. Thankfully, the staff here is super helpful. She could see me stressing over options and gladly helped me select a milk tea combo that was simply one of the best I have had. For 50 cents she added some mango popping bubbles and some mango jelly slices. Wow! It was amazing. Also the cup is a really nice size too. Not a teeny tiny one like many of the boba places. I felt like I got my money's worth. Will definitely be back.

I would love for this place to thrive as I love boba. We were excited to try this. We wanted to try the Boba flights but for almost $13 for just 4 tiny cups we opted to skip. We just then ordered the Brown Sugar Boba Milk tea for $6.99 the bobas are not included! So the menu should just say milk tea bec boba toppings are not included, its an addition. The Kiwi fruit tea was refreshing. The Brown sugar milk tea was okay. Impression: 1. For an additional payment of boba I expect it to be at least a good amount. It felt like after a few sips Bobas gone. 2. All The heated plastic lids did not have a complete seal, all 4 cups had gaps. So as we tilted to mix (as bobas meant to be mixed) they spilled!

I was so excited to see a bubble tea shop opening in New Albany! I stopped by on their opening day and could tell things had been a bit crazy as it was a bit mess. I ordered a taro bubble tea and didn't realize the "bubble tea" didn't include boba as it was then an additional cost. I think the total cost was $8 which was honestly pretty steep for a bubble tea. Flavor-wise it was okay, it needed more of whatever they use for the taro flavoring. I may try them again, but not sure if it would be a bubble tea.
