Boba Bowl

First visit to Boba Bowl Wooster OH. We ordered a Boba tea and a Crum Bowl. Boba tea was originally invented in Taiwan. My tea started with a tea base then I added a flavor, and finished with topping. I chose Green tea, with dragon fruit flavor, and dragon fruit popping bubbles. My daughter inhaled a "yummy" yogurt Crum Bowl, with fresh strawberries, bananas, and a mango drizzle. The tea not only tasted delicious it was fun to drink sucking up the bubbles. We loved we could custom our orders, and will definitely be back soon.

The tea is well-made and tasty. My problem comes from the pearls. I have found bubble tea locations either hit or miss on the Boba pearls. This place hasn't quite hit the mark yet. When you bite into them they're slightly dry and a little bit crusty. I've tried it four times now and every time the pearls have missed the mark. However, I am excited that there is a bubble tea place in Wooster.

Teen son says: "it is very scrumptious, yummy, and delicious. The popping bubbles are very good. They are very good, very nice. It's good to have one close by."

The place is nice clean the cashier nice I highly recommend going there The Boba tea tea is the bomb I give it 10 out of 10

definitely the best boba place out of the two in wooster! great prices, and a variety of menu items other than boba such as savory and sweet crepes. also cute claw machines and things to buy that aren't food! love coming here for the past couple of years service is always fast!

We went to get some drinks and one of the guys that took our order got a drink wrong. We ordered a mango tea with strawberry topping, iced coffee and a kiwi tea. He gave us a strawberry tea instead. When we corrected them the guy came out and told us we were wrong and proceeded to be aggressive towards us. When we offered to just take the strawberry tea, I told him to just make the mango tea instead of the coffee since they were the same price. When my fiancé tried to grab the strawberry tea he ripped it away and said he won't give it to us but he would make the mango tea. It was extremely unnecessary and rude to act the way he did. We even offered to take the tea and have the coffee substituted with the mango tea since he wasn't even making it yet and still continued to be aggressive and rude. We left without accepting the coffee or a refund. My advice is to make sure you speak VERY CLEARLY because if you accidentally say the wrong drink or THEY make a mistake then you will get yelled at and treated like shit. I even left a $3 tip when nobody else left tips that day. We definitely won't be going back, I don't care how good it is. I refuse to be treated like that for no reason.
