Our absolute fav Asian restaurant!! The entrees and sushi were so fresh. We had teriyaki chicken, a spicy tuna roll, house salads (the ginger dressing is fab!), wonton soup (the best in town), spring rolls, cashew chicken and crunchy spicy salmon roll. Our server was so helpful and sweet (very kind, friendly and warm and was a short Asian lady -- we loved her). The food arrived at the right pace (gave us time to eat each course), and our server was very attentive. The restaurant is clean, quiet and makes for a relaxing experience. I would highly recommend Blue Ginger!!

This place is outstanding! I had the mixed hibachi and the Tom Yum soup. The freshness, the execution, the bang of spicy (I asked for it) and the overall experience were nice dining room , nice place for an elevated dining experience in Dublin.

I lowered my rating because now I'm feeling sick from the food. Very disappointed. I was craving sushi and thought I'd give someplace new a try. The reviews looked good so I decided to order a shrimp tempura roll and an eel roll. I also saw a Thai beef dish that caught my eye so I slid it over to my cart. There were so many great sounding items on the menu, I thought I had found a new great spot. Unfortunately, things went down hill from there. First, the order was late. Secondly, the sushi was so poorly made it fell apart before you could even try to pick it up with chopsticks. Thankfully I already had chopsticks because they provided nothing in the bag for me to eat with. I'm so tired of restaurants not putting eating utensils in the bag. Now back to the sushi. I've honestly had better tasting sushi from Giant Eagle. The rolls were tiny and the didn't hold together. Thirdly, as for the beef dish, I was impressed at the amount of beef and mushrooms but unfortunately the dish lacked any taste. Did they forget to season this dish? I tried everything to make this dish taste good but without any success. Finally, I would recommend you skip this spot. There are so many other places to get great Asian fusion, this wasn't it for me.

While visiting my daughter in Dublin, Ohio, I stopped by the Blue Ginger restaurant for lunch while she was working that day. It is featured as an asian fushion culinary experience. The menu certainly reflects that concept. Chinese ,Thai, Japanese and Indonesian dishes stood out to me on the menu.I opted for a dish called Sambal Samba. What stood out in the dish was the use of Indonesian spices which include: turmeric, white pepper, lemon grass, ginger and Java tamarind. The dish had chicken, carrots, onions, mushrooms, jicama, eggplant, basil with a sauce that was flavored with Indonesian spices. It came with a choice of white,, brown or fried rice. You also had a choice of hot and sour or Miso soup. I chose the Miso soup. The lunch cost $10.99. I also had a cocktail called the Crouching Tiger ($7).I enjoy trying new foods and this was not a disappointment. The service was quick and efficent, the ingredients were fresh and the flavors were delicious. I had the Jasmine tea ($2.99) with my meal but felt that it was not flavorable enough so I took a star off. Additionally, the eating area was too dark for me. The wood for the tables and benches were dark and the lighting was dim. Parking was adequate in this strip mall. If you pay in cash there is a 10% discount on the entire bill.

My boyfriend has been telling me about Blue Ginger for over a year so we finally went to check it out. Something he loves about this place is they have such a great variety from Chinese, to Thai, to sushi. I love all of these cuisines so I had a hard time deciding what to order! I ended up ordering shrimp shumai, wonton soup, and one of my favorite Chinese dishes, Singapore noodles.I used to live in San Francisco and loved going to Chinatown to get dim sum so I was so happy to have shrimp shumai as an appetizer. Yum! The wonton soup was a little different because instead of it being a chicken or pork based broth it was miso broth, so that was unexpected but enjoyable. The Singapore noodles were good, I enjoyed them but I will say they didn't taste like a signature Singapore noodle. Maybe because the Singapore noodles I'm used to have BBQ pork and shrimp and these had chicken, shrimp and beef. Also the curry flavor was different than that signature flavor I love. But I enjoyed the noodles and overall thought my food was really good.My boyfriend had Shanghai peppered chicken and I'm gonna say it was the most amazing Shanghai chicken I've ever had. I would go back there to have that for sure! Next time I might try some of their sushi as well! It was nice because if you pay cash you get 10% off. We will be back!

While the menu looks expansive and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice and cozy, I wasn't super impressed with my food unfortunately. I ordered takeout and was quoted 20 min, but I arrived in 15 min and my food was done so that was good!! I didn't feel super welcomed by staff but again, I was just a takeout order so I understand. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and a miracle roll, and neither of them were my favorite sushi I've gotten. I also ordered a side of fried rice and it was dry and wasn't exciting. I can't say I'd recommend this spot from a takeout experience.

Felt compelled to write a review because I saw a few bad reviews for this place. My husband and I have been going to Blue Ginger at least once a week for over 10 years because we've literally never had a bad meal here. Both sushi and hot food are consistently good every single time and we get tired of trying new places and they're not as good so we just figure we might as well come to Blue Ginger where we KNOW we'll get good food!! Beautiful atmosphere and great service too!! Can't beat Blue Ginger!!
