Bloomin Beads, Etc.

I think this may be the last bead store in Columbus, so it's a good thing it's nice! I look for pretty specific stuff in stores like this, so I'm not the typical jewelry customer, but they had a decent selection of beads I can use for knitting, along with jewelry stuff and other bead sizes galore. Pricing is on par with other shops (I paid like $13 for I think five tubes of beads) and service was quite friendly.

This is a fantastic bead store. They have all the hard to find delicas and wonderful beading kits. The classes are very wonderful, with a lot of person instruction, in bead projects. and crocheting cute monthly holiday themed cotton dish cloths. Every week, something is on sale. Worth the drive.

I've been spending the week in the Columbus area and wanted to do a little bead shopping while here. I ended up at Bloomin Beads after checking out their website which has some wonderful pictures of their pretty bead displays. The store did not disappoint. There's a lot to be said for having white walls and uncluttered spaces so that you can really see the beauty of the product. Grab a tray when you enter and just go shopping. They have glass and stone beads, along with some gorgeous Swarovski pearls and crystals. There are a number of kits and some lovely bead weaving displays of necklaces and bracelets. They also have a large variety of seed beads and findings. I found some unusual beads, which is always fun and the whole reason to bead shop in person.I found the prices to be very reasonable, the beads are of very good quality and the staff was quite helpful. Also, it was very easy to get here with lots of parking in front of the store. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in town.

Great little store, one of two that I've found so far in Columbus. Super helpful staff, good selection, and beautiful items at a great price. They also have lots of classes and activities in case you're curious about learning.

I highly recommend Bloomin Beads Etc. in Powell, Ohio. This is by far the best bead shop in central Ohio! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The selection of seed beads is great, and the classes they offer are amazing!

Owner was very sweet and helpful picking out some beads. Lots of stock here. Would recommend.

Nothing special here unless you're looking for Swarovski crystals and pearls. Not a large selection of other types of beads. Very few natural stones and not a wide selection of bead types and sizes. There are other bead stores that offer more.
