Great condition and inexpensive. Fall golf is one of my favorite times to play. The maintenance crew was out blowing the leaves from the course. The fairways and greens are in good shape. Sand traps need some work but it is late in the season. Great value for the money.

Just played for the first time in many years. The facilities are nice and in good shape. My only complaint may be due to the wet summer we have had. The greens and fairways were great, but the roughs were deep this past week. I think they haven't had time to mow as much this season. It was super easy to lose a golf ball just inches from the fairway.

This is a really nice Metro Park course. They have a par-3 course and a challenging 18 hole course. Recently it was reworked to facilitate a driving range and new landscaping on both the short and long courses. Prices are reasonable, service is good and the beer cart girls make the rounds on the weekends. If you keep your eyes open you will see deer almost on every visit. I'm not that familiar with the fairways because I'm rarely on them, but the greens are typically in good shape.

Course is in horrible condition. Ranger was not friendly at all and was extremely rude. Definitely not worth the cost to play

This course is a nice public course with a few challenging holes.I originally complained about the way the course was run with the following review: The website says that the course is open at 6:30am. Evidently this depends on which employee happens to open the clubhouse. Earlier this week I showed up at 6:30, and was able to get out and play 9 holes before work no problem. It was a great time. Then today I show up with a buddy at 6:30am, thinking we would do the same thing. Nobody showed up to open the clubhouse until 7:00. There was an employee who was getting the golf carts ready, and we asked him if we could just get started and settle up when we got back. He said sure, no problem. Right when we were about to tee off, he came back and said some maintenance guy has a problem with it, so we waited. At 7:00am, finally the delinquent employee opened the clubhouse. We went in and tried to pay and get out on the course so we could fit 9 holes in before work, but he said the first tee time we could get out was 7:30, after the first tee time of 7:10. Complete bullshit. Nobody cared, just this delinquent employee who showed up to work late. What a waste of a morning.I also sent an email to the golf course management to complain, and I got a responsive professional apology along with 2 free golf passes from management. Glad that the Course is responsive and addressed the mistake/confusion. I've since updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars accordingly.

Rude staff member experience. They had construction underway, and the fence to one of the pro shop's entrances was down so I tried that entrance. It was locked so I walked back around to the other one. I was standing in line to pay for a drink and check in for the round and the staff member had the person behind me pay for their round and refused to let me pay in the order we lined up because "I knew what I did." Like he was exercising some vigilante justice. This was literally my first time there. The executive tee boxes were just dirt piles and the first green didn't even have a hole cut on the green. Would never recommend going.

I am new to Columbus and am trying to play different golf courses each week. I am not very good (only played for a few year.) This course is perfect for someone like me. Wide fairways and greens that are not too complicated. Some water, but usually just streams to get over. I walked the front time and used a cart for the back nine. The course is like a nature reserve with all sorts of plants and trees. Thoroughly enjoyed my morning there and will certain return. This being late August, the fairways are pretty beat up, but the greens were in great shape.

The course has suffered tremendously at Mother Nature's hand this year. They lost several fairways, little to no grass. While I completely understand how frustrating that has to be for a golf course, I also understand that we drove 75 minutes to get to the course and paid $32 to play. The "Starter" apologized to us for the course condition, which we appreciated, but full disclosure before paying and a discount would have seemed appropriate. It's not even about the money, it's about the condition of the course compared to the cost.
