Biggby Coffee

Wow. I'm so glad they opened a location in Hilliard. This was probably one of the best coffees I've had. The location has a drive through and a walk up window. We chose the drive thru and it was our first time there. The worker was super patient with us as we took a while to look at the menu. They had coffee, teas, and some breakfast items but I only opted to try their sweet foam white chocolate cold brew. The coffee wasn't too sweet or bitter and the sweet foam paired perfectly with it. Even with the cold foam, it wasn't overly sweet! The foam itself was VERY creamy and delicious. Can't wait to come back and try something else!

I went here because me and my mom were in a rush to get breakfast and we have always thought about trying this place. We pulled up through the drive thru and the menu looked really organized and easy to read. Once we ordered, the staff was really nice to us. Everything about it was nice and I really recommend this place if you are close!

Word around town is there's this new coffee spot called Biggby. Lemme just say I'm feeling biggby big time. It's a very refreshing coffee experience compared to your usual Tim Hortons, Starbucks and Dunkin. Their menu is. Rey fun and creative and they have a variety of drinks not just coffee's but bubble energy drinks, smoothies and a great variety of pastries. I tried their Teddy Bear Latte and it taste just like a graham cracker so good! Ther service was great and the line was wrapped all the way around their building if that says anything about their ambiance! 8.5/10

Pretty extensive menu with lots of creative seasonal drink options. Service was friendly and quick. Cute drive-thru coffee shop that reminds me a lot of the "coffee stops" out west!

Coffee is very good, and they're pretty quick. Only complaints I'd have is you have to ask for no whip cream or it'll be heavily on the outside of the cup along with caramel and often they forget not to put the whip cream (muscle memory I guess). Also I usually ask for half an extra shot of whatever flavor I'm getting because at times it can be light!

So... I wish I can post a better review but I can't. I'm from Michigan and Biggby is the staple of coffee shops. Well, I ordered a 16oz sugar free mocha with Oatmilk and extra ice. First time I got it. Hardly no ice. No mocha. No Oatmilk. I have to drink Oatmilk because I am pregnant and can't have regular milk. Well... it had regular milk. So... I decided I'd drive back around and pay for the same drink again... hoping for a different outcome. Again... I got the same drink. This time did have Oatmilk (definitely taste the difference) again... no mocha... little to no ice. Also... fun fact they keep over filling the cups so it was leaking. They got the side of my new car and inside because the cup was so full. I ended up giving them the drink back and said no thanks. I spent $15.00 on two awfully made drinks. No apologies No return of money. Nothing. I've never had an experience like this at biggby.
