Berkley House

Berkley House was for me the best option I could have chosen. I have been here since 2021. The place is really well kept, clean, beautiful common areas. Having Starbucks coffee available all the time is such a bonus. The gym is big enough and very clean, and the pool is beautiful and very inviting. The staff are so friendly, patient and very respectful and most importantly, management is impecable. If you have an emergency or any issues, maintenance is resolved in much less than 24 hours, i would dare to say in less than a couple of hours, and I know you can't find that in other places. I strongly recommend living here.

I have been a Berkley House resident for 2 years and have greatly enjoyed living at this property! You do not have to worry about crime or break-ins. The apartment complex is enclosed and secured. Only residents have access to the building. The pool area requires a key fob, which keeps out unwanted trespassers. Berkley House is also in the Dublin school district which is the #1 school district in the Columbus area!AmenitiesBerkley House offers a wide range of exciting and deluxe amenities! They have a heated pool, FREE Starbucks coffee, dry cleaning service, business center, arcade, tanning beds, dog park, onsite recycling, movie theater, multiple grills, fire pits and a fitness center. The pool is open year-round, so you can take a dip in the middle of January. The property even offers a rooftop lounge overlooking the Scioto River which is perfect for viewing the sunset and fall foliage. As a bonus, the movie theater comes with complimentary popcorn and a wide selection of movies. Throughout the year, they will host community events like monthly continental breakfasts and workout classes.StaffBerkley House was originally developed and owned by Preferred Living, but at the beginning of 2021, the ownership/management changed to Champion. At first, I was concerned about the change, but the management and staff at Champion are amazing! They are caring, attentive and dedicated to providing the best customer service. The maintenance staff is terrific! Issues are resolved in a timely manner. They offer 24-hour emergency services and complete work orders within 24 hours. A special shoutout to the community managers Nicole, Nick, Tim & Katelyn for always being polite, friendly and super accommodating!Overall, Berkley House is the place to be if you are looking for resort style living in Midwest suburbia! Its prime location, amenities and wonderful staff make Berkley House the premier apartment complex in Columbus. Come check out this awesome place. You will want to make this your new home!

This is one of the premier apartment complexes in Upper Arlington. When I toured the building, I instantly knew I wanted to live here. Place is clean, a lot of amenities, and staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.

We are so looking forward to moving out of Berkley House. The lobby area is great, but that is as far as it goes. Apartment finishes are inferior quality, and noise is a real problem. When we spoke to the people at the reception desk about the noise from the apartment above us we got a condescending "you must not have lived in an apartment before". The icing on the cake is being double charged for our June 2018 rent as the result of the Berkley House's staff failure to terminate our auto pay in a timely manner (they waited for two months from the time that it should have been canceled on their end). End result, because we went into the Berkley House website and paid our June rent on May 31, they subsequently improperly auto drafted the June rent on June 4. We are now $1,499 short in our checking account.

After moving off campus, I was looking for a safe and clean apartment building, and Berkley House has truly exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is amazing, and the maintenance team is super quick with requests. Special shoutout to Brittany, who was incredibly helpful during the touring and lease signing process and continues to check in even after I moved in! I can truly say this is the best-managed apartment I have encountered. I love being near Dublin, but also still close to Columbus/OSU. The amenities here are fantastic. The coffee bar, pool, and dog park are features I use regularly and are a huge part of what has made Berkley House feel like home!

Nice surroundings, awesome amenities on site: GYM, pool tables, arcade, indoor mail access, year round pool. Staff always professional andnice. Convenient and close to everything. Cons, In the last couple months in the parking lot car windows broken out by would be thieves, catalytic converter stolen/other. Crime map in area shows green for low crime but three cars (of the known incidents in last couple months) had windows broken. It would benefit the complex to have it monitored from midnight to 7 am. Not sure why thieves targeting this area, but it seems excessive.

We've been living here since October 2022, and we absolutely love it! Rent is very affordable especially coming from Philly, and you really get your moneys worth. There's so many amenities included and the staff are nothing but kind and helpful. I'm assuming maintenance is great too, but we haven't even needed to use it because this place is kept up so well! It's also very quiet in the apartment and it's a safe building. This is our favorite place we've lived so far!

I've lived here at Berkley House for 3.5 years and I absolutely love it. It's luxury apartment living so "basic" amenities are the year round heated pool, commercial grade workout facility and a business center that are both open 24/7. Then you get the cool stuff like a private dog park, theater room, free Starbucks, free tanning, free pool tables and even a video game arcade. The staff is just bunch of wonderful people who are all really friendly and most importantly, attentive. They respond to every single one of my inquiries within a day if not immediately and have literally done everything I have ever asked them to. They know residents and even their pets by name and they always have really nice events and gifts for their communities.In terms of location, you can't beat it. It's on a river, within walking distance of a grocery store and a Walmart. Target and Meijer are down the road, dozens of bars and restaurants, a mall, and access to pretty much any major highway is within 10 minutes.
