Benchwarmers Restaurant and Delivery

I have been to Benchwarmers before and I always enjoy the experience. However, this is an appreciation review for the employees' kindness. Our car battery died (along with my phone) down the street and the employee's immediately sprung into action to help us. They offered us beverages and charged my phone while another employee drove over to jump our car. Their kindness will not be forgotten. True diamonds in the rough in today's society. We love the Benchwarmers Employees!!

This place has fantastic food and service. I've tried multiple things on their menu and it all tastes wonderful.

Great boneless wings! Today my fiancé and I were passing through town and were really craving wings. We decided to check out this cute little restaurant that I found on Yelp when I typed in "wings". We got the full pound boneless wings with two sauces - buffalo and creamy parmesan and both were very good! Also got the cheese curds, which were delicious, and two Sierra Mists to go. Our order was ready in 10 minutes and I was in and out when I went to pick it up. The restaurant is doing their best to keep customers safe and healthy with plexiglass barriers between each table and people were spaced out. We will definitely be stopping again!

We were in town on a college visit and stumbled across a Benchwarmers menu. There is a nice variety of burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and sides. Since we were tired from our drive and didn't feel like going out, the fact that Benchwarmers delivers sealed the deal for us. DH's Steakhouse burger which was piled high with sauteed mushrooms, peppers, and onions was very tasty. DD1 enjoyed her Cowboy burger. My Chili burger was the bomb. I am not a fan of mustard, but the Carolina Mustard added a new dimension to my burger. (I did swap out the hot pepper cheese with American.) The burgers were all great, but DD2's BLT was lacking. The bacon was in pieces instead of strips so she did not get the full bacon flavor she was expecting. We also ordered the pizza fries which were good and the standout fries which were seasoned with parmesan cheese were outstanding. (Even better when dipped in ranch dressing.) We also got a large House Salad to share, which was your standard tossed salad.Delivery cost $2.50 to our hotel. I believe delivery is free to the universities. The gentlemen who took my order over the phone was helpful and cordial. As was the deliveryman. We look forward to trying them again.

Overpriced as hell for sub-par food. Ordering in is confusing and awkward to say the least. And good luck even finding the place to begin with.While I appreciate them trying to be different and are local, I just feel like it fell flat.

You had me at Cuban.Benchwarmers in Tiffin, OH was our lunch destination today.My cousin is part owner of this fine establishment, so I'm going to be extra critical, I want Benchwarmers to carry on (and carry out) ha ha for a long time.After looking the menu over I had a hard decision in front of me, so many great options.My cousin Jason came out to great my mom and I and Jason started talking about a new sandwich, Benchwarmers Cuban sandwich. Being the afficinato ( yes my words) of cuban sandwichs, of course I said I'll have that.Before I could even drink a few swallows of my ice cold beer, there is this glorious big ole Cuban sandwich in front of me. Sorry all, I know I need to take pictures of my food, but normally with me, the sandwich is gone before I think about it.Jason does not use the typical cuban bread, good for him, that grilled sourdough did the job, perfectly toasted, great crunch on the outside, soft and able to hold its own on the inside. Your first bite had a taste of everything on this sandwich, the pulled pork, the ham, the tanginess of the pickles, that spicy Carolina mustard sauce, there was this great cheese (since I'm older my memory stinks, can't remember what kind) OH the cheese... OMG I am very happy to say this is one of the best Cuban sandwichs ever, loved it.But, wait, there is more, we ordered a side of fries, ha I forgot to mention they are fresh cut.Benchwarmers did their research on how to cut, cook and serve their fries.They also had a good crunch on the outside and soft and friggin great on the inside, no ketchup required, they are too good for that.I only do reviews of places I really enjoy, Benchwarmers did that for me. Atmosphere was perfect, the beer ice cold, it's 90° today so this ICE cold beer was what I needed, the service (excellent) the food and then the price, don't tell Benchwarmers, but I would have paid more for that lunchIf you're in Tiffin, driving through Tiffin or live nearby, go there and treat yourself, you'll be glad you did. Way to go Benchwarmers, keep it up

We were in town for some testing at the Hospital, and the staff recommended this place. What a find!One energetic lady zipping around taking and delivering orders with charm and care. We ordered burgers, fries and beer. The burgers were perfectly cooked, on tasty toasted buns - and hand-cut crispy fries- delicious! We will certainly make the trip back to eat here- you should too!

Small portions at expensive prices and service. I haven't been there in a couple years because I gave them several chances and was disappointed every single time.

To die for food. The service is quick and polite. The ambiance of the bar/restaurant is nice and lively.

Excellent Food. Burgers, best fair fries and grilled cheese. I'm a cheesy gal so yes, they made it perfect for me.
