My daughter and I were passing through and decided to stop by for a much needed break. This establishment is very clean and comfortable. There is a wonderful scent of roasted coffee beans as you enter the building. And there should be. Beca's roast their coffee beans on premises so everything is fresh and delicious. Our drinks were fantastic. Excellent, smooth coffee flavor. I picked up a pack of coffee beans for home. I haven't had any yet, but I expect it to be wonderful.

We stopped here on our way through. I did not expect the updated and renovated space! Truly beautiful. We ordered a coffee and a tea with a muffin. The service was good.

I am back in town and found myself here again because it is the only place that has coffee in this small town. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they changed their hours since the last time I was here, which brings them up to another star in this update.I found out they roast their own beans in-house, and that is why it smells so good in the shop. The roast is very smooth and on a bit of a softer side. I love the lattes, but I always get an extra pump or two of flavoring to sweeten it up.I wish the decor was a bit better, it feels very laze fare. They have an amazing space to do some cool decor or add interesting art pieces but it is pretty bare as it is right now. I love the bones of the interior and it has so much potential.

I don't come here often... the coffee is just okay, and the hours are really short. Typically I just make my coffee at home and if I'm driving somewhere more than 20 minutes away, I'll try to find a Starbucks to stop at. However, today I decided pop into my local coffee shop to support a small business and I was appalled. Not only is the coffee nothing to write home about, but this business clearly gives zero F's about the fact that we're in the middle of a global pandemic. Not a single employee was wearing a mask and the small cafe was easily packed with 20-30 people; not a single one of them wearing a mask. (And these weren't just people sitting at tables enjoying their beverages. People were standing close together in line and walking around with zero social distancing measures/mask policies in place.)

It's a hidden gem in a small town, it's become the social hangout place with some of the best coffee around. I go regularly and I'm always impressed with the kindness of the owners and employees. The coffee is always amazing. They're chai tea is also fantastic. It's fun for all ages and any size of group, their lounge area is roomy and they have lots of furniture to accommodate groups of people looking to talk and hangout.I would recommend Beca house to everyone, if you're wanting something different try the dark chocolate coconut, and if you don't want coffee get there frozen hot chocolate. You won't regret it.

Visiting the small town of Upper Sandusky I was pleasantly surprised to find a local coffee shop. However, the coffee was more of a miss than hit, but they do offer some okay alternatives. We visited on a cold Saturday morning in hopes of having a relaxing chat with friends while having coffee. Inside Bēca's is decently sized, with a sort of country style decorum and plenty of seating available on one of the 3 couches offered. One thing I personally enjoyed is that Bēca's smells amazing, almost like my moms kitchen after baking some desserts. The ambience was a bit loud and chaotic however; the whirring of a blender was quite constant and the door was often slammed shut with patrons coming in and out. We ordered a Bēca's House Twist and an iced coffee. Our female cash register attendant was very nice and honestly made me give the coffee shop another star, friendly staff goes a long way. Shortly after ordering, the female server brought us our drinks to the couch where we sat. The Twist was delicious and refreshing, and fairly priced; however, the iced coffee was neither. Maybe the Staff at Bēca's don't understand the brewing technique associated with making iced coffee, but this tasted just like they poured old coffee over ice and served it. It was unfortunately thrown out.Overall, Bēca's was surprising to see in the small town in which it is located. I wanted so badly to give Bēca's 4 or more stars, yet the quality of the coffee at a coffee shop plays heavily on its score and Bēca's just didn't deliver this time. Come if you want to see a friendly face or have some type of dessert drink, but don't come expecting the greatest coffee.3 out of 5 stars.

Upper Sandusky has a coffee roaster! It's a big, nice space right on the main drag, with country-cozy décor. They roast on site, so it smells great (if you like that kind of thing, and I do).I ordered a soy latte, and it had good flavor and a smooth finish. (That is about as fancy a description of any coffee drink you'll get from me, ever.) Would definitely stop back around next time we're in the area.

I really wanted to love this place! We have heard good things and have friends that frequent this shop every week! Things I love about it are it's location, the cozy feel of the place, the decor. I had a cappuccino and I knew it wouldn't be authentic when she put whipped cream on top. I hardly drank it. I'd like to go back and try the regular coffee and see how that is. I would really love to support this place, I just wish they were more knowledgeable on how to properly make drinks.

Pros: Delicious coffee, freshly baked goods and a pleasant atmosphere! Cons: you will smell of coffee when you leave. I come here about once a week, and am always greeted by the owners. The decor is nice and they have several different seating options: couches, chairs or a bench. You usually can find a few spots to get comfortable in. Unless you arrive at rush-hour, there's barely any wait, and if there is, the waitress will happily bring your drink to you. The owners roast their own coffee, and sell it too. They sell a variety of products: the usual hot tea, iced coffee, etc, but also fresh baked goods such as brownies, cupcakes and other things. They have sell chocolate milk that is very rich in flavor. I don't mind smelling like a freshly roasted coffee nut, as I am quite the coffee-lover! However, if that's not your thing, then you might be in for a change of clothes after leaving Beca House. In the summer you can also enjoy your drinks outside, on one of the town's benches or on a small Parisian style table and chair by the door. Good stuff to start your day with!
