Food is great! The cream cheeses are delicious and so flavorful, and the bagels are always fresh. There is often times a line so prepare to wait since they make everything at the line. There is plenty of seating inside and even some outside options. When we went in today, there was no line. 2 of us went in and the worker took one of our orders and proceeded to make that entire sandwich, then asked me for the next order, all while there were 3 employees just staring at us, not doing anything.

These bagels are very tasty and delicious! I have been here a few times and have not had a bad sandwich yet. The bagels are chewy and that is my favorite. Service isn't terrible but isn't friendly either. Can be a bit pricy but I will likely eat here again.

I have been ordering bagels online for pickup recently because they have pumpernickel. These are hard to find. I order 6 and ask them to slice them, then just keep in my fridge, ready to toast in the mornings. I have also gotten flavored cream cheese.It's easy & quick to order, pay, then go park in front and pick up.The staff isn't the friendliest, but then I am in and out and don't have a lot of contact with them.Happy to keep coming. They do have a nice variety of bagels, including cinnamon, and blueberry. Yum.

Great bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Friendly service although don't call at 7:30am, no one will answer the phone as they are pretty busy servicing a breakfast rush. That being said, still will be coming back as the bagels and cream cheeses were top notch.

I've been wanting bagels all week, but I am a night person and bagel places are morning-centric. Most close at 1 or 2. This one is open till 3, and was handy for my errands today, so I stopped in.Small place tucked away in a strip. Parking is cramped. Plenty of options at the counter for bagels, sandwiches, etc. I got lox on onion, and egg salad on garlic. Plus made a combo with drink and chili, and added an Asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese. The lox was great- bright "fresh" tender salmon, excellent bagel, some onions and capers adding texture. The egg salad was good- I asked for two scoops so it was overflowing. Again, good bagel, and the egg salad was lovely. The simple bagel and cream cheese was also good. The chili was like my mom's, tasty but not too spicy. There is a little heat hiding in there, so if you don't like spicy maybe stay away.Great service. Decent prices (and a check-in offer.) Fast and good. And open "late." Glad to find them.

Unfortunately the service we had ruined us ever going back! Young ladies working (maybe 16-17 years old). Very rude and not friendly at all. The "eye roll" from one of the workers was icing on the cake!! Bagel was good, but will not not worth the service. Very disappointing!

Staff is not very friendly, but the food is high quality. Typically errors are accurate though once my order was way off. The company refunded me, so I will return.

My new favorite bagel is lox: everything thing bagel with scallions cream cheese. The salmon is always fresh and delicious! Add rice Krispy treat for afternoon snack! Enjoy!

Good God, what happened to this place? 4 years ago, when I discovered it, I would have given it 5 stars, but it has gone downhill the last 6-8 months. Service is not as gracious as before but tolerable. However, either they can no longer read, or no longer count. I place my orders online, but even then they're wrong half the time. It's unfortunate there's not much choice in far north Columbus.
