Balanced Family Academy -Upper Arlington

This child care facility is FANTASTIC!!! I transferred my son to this center this month and I couldn't be happier. He had been attending another area center and I guess I was used to the way they operated, but I kept getting the feeling that it just wasn't good enough. The administrator was not very personable (actually downright rude) and the teachers seemed lazy, inexperienced and lacked confidence...definitely not the type of environment I wanted my son to spend 8 hours a day in. I started looking into other options and nothing seemed any better. Then I stumbled on Balanced Family Academy. WOW!!!! From the minute I called them I was excited about this place. I visited the center a few times before deciding to move him. I was nervous about him transitioning into a new place and I figured it would take him a few weeks to adjust. Well...I was wrong. He LOVES this center and loves his teachers. It's amazing how well kids do when they are in a place where people are happy to be there, excited about teaching, and truly seem to enjoy their jobs!There are so many "perks" that this center offers (too many to list), but the most important thing to me is how my son acts when we walk in the door each morning. The owners and teachers are wonderful and my husband and I are thrilled we made the decision to enroll him in Balanced Family Academy.
