Bad Temper Bake Shop

Totally recommend this local, small business, bake shop. Been here a few times now and realized they needed to be on YELP! Everything is made fresh and lots of Vegan options. I recommend trying the Olive Oil focaccia bread, or any of the breads. Also great place for daily specials, available sandwiches, and desserts. The Chicken salad, and peach pie was also delicious.Located at 700 Bryden Road, walk in the main community entrance and it's to the left. Can't miss it there in the lobby. They were open for service during the OTE Art Walk this weekend. The case was full of all kinds of baked goodies, and many of them were vegan and/or gluten free. The focaccia bread and the ham and cheese breakfast strata seemed to be the most popular items. They have several kinds of iced tea drinks and a nitro cold brew that hit the spot. The woman (owner?) was there all by herself and working hard with a friendly smile for all. The chocolate chip cookies were soft, salty and satisfying!

The Bad Temper Bake Shop is home to delicious sandwiches and vegan and gluten-free desserts. The menu rotates regularly and there are always vegan options! They have a beautiful vegan pizza bread that is baked daily along with fresh, filling salads. I had the zucchini lemon loaf and was astounded that it was gluten and dairy-free. The loaf was moist with a well balanced sweet and tart flavor. I also had the Italian Sammy which was stuffed with salami, ham, tomatoes, lettuce, and banana peppers. The owner is also friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more delightful. If you are in the area, come and check out the Bad Tempered Baker!

The best service and food I ever had the desserts always stay soft even when putting it in the fridge without heating it up and it automatically melts in you're mouth cant wait to go back someday.

Food was amazing!! I had the pizza bread and it was the best thing I've tasted!! You could taste every ingredient!! She toasted it which made the texture PERFECT!!!
