They have 2 stores at Tuttle - one for luxury furniture and one for Mid-Century mod. We visited both, but purchased chairs from the Mid-Century mod location. Sabuhi helped us find the right dining room chairs and explained all the features. The prices are reasonable and some assembly is required, but worth it.

Bought some furniture from this company a good few months ago and have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month to resolve some cracks which have formed on our chairs which were purchased. Note we have not even used these chairs yet. Their response finally after we posted a poor rated review on google:Hello. Your case has been reviewed. You placed your order in May and contacted us in December, seven months later. According to U.S. regulations, your request could have been resolved within 30 days if submitted on time. Therefore, we will not be able to assist you. This company has no care for the customer outside of that 30 days window. Do not trust!

we purchased a sofa set. It was delivered defective and we asked for return and refund. They told us someone will come to check the piece and arrange pickup and refund. we kept following and now they are not ready to refund and are saying they will give us $300 inconvenience refund. for a $8000 set, I don't want 300. I want the defective set picked up and either a fresh piece or my money back. they change their story everyday and the manager doesn't even talk. He puts his sales girl in the front and all she says is manager's decision is final and I. Annie do anything.A fraud company with sub products for the money. Never buy from here.

I bought 10 chairs from Modern Furniture on Etsy which is now called AVRS Design Center. Each chair broke in the same area which is a design flaw. Five of the chairs have never been used. The company has never compensated me or arranged for replacement of another chair design. I spent $2,000 on these chairs and have no chairs I can use. Beware

The worst customer service I've ever come across. I don't like leaving reviews, especially negative ones. But if I can help someone avoid what I'm going through, then its worth it. I purchased a table from avrs on facebook marketplace from their store in Columbus OH, shipping to NYC. It arrived extremely damaged. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and we agreed it was the freight company. I asked for a replacement. They said no problem and then ignored us for 3 weeks. I'm calling and writing daily and they ignored us, and would write back one word answers telling us to wait. we finally got a hold of the "manager" Jack, John, or Saab. They said the owner won't ship out a new table until they get reimbursed from the freight company. Something that could never happen. So I got upset and told Them that's not my problem, you need to replace what is damaged. I then asked for a refund when they said they wouldn't do that. 3 more weeks pass. Zero communications. Calling and writing, they just ignore us. They lied to us and said the refund has been processed. when I asked for proof he said he emailed it and hung up. It's been two weeks since and radio silence. They know we don't live in Ohio and can't go there in person. It's a complete Scam and they are willing to jeopardize the credibility of their business over a $1200 refund? I will not stop until I get my money back. Avoid this place at all costs.

***BUYER BEWARE*** I purchased chairs online through Facebook. I ordered the chairs on 8/31/22. When they arrived, they did not match so needed to return them. I was provided a link when I purchased on their return policy so made sure that I returned them in a timely manner. The return policy states items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. I received the last box of chairs on 9/10. I contacted them to inform them that I planned to return the chairs. I shipped the chairs on 9/14 and UPS tracking indicated they received them on 9/16. I contacted them on 9/24 to inquire about the refund and was given the run around. On 9/29, I was told that the refund process was started and it would take 5-10 business days. On 10/10, I contacted the company to inquire of the status of my refund. I was told that it may take longer based on the bank and insisting that the refund was issued. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. On 10/19, the company contacted me and told me that the refund was issued. I immediately checked my account and confirmed that the refund was not in my account. The sales person sent a screenshot of the refund transaction, and it was only generated on 10/19. When I inquired about not being honest about when the refund was generated, I was given an excuse about their company being large and there is a special process. as on 10/20, I still have not received my refund and the representative form the company continues to message me with lies about the refund being issued. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
