Asian Grill

Suuuuuper simple/basic, waaaay off the beaten path, but I'll tell you I had some of the BEST, meatiest, chock full of flavor, NOT overly sweet General Tso's chicken I've had in FOREVER here at this hidden gem. Suuuuuper reasonable prices, QUICK service-- Even if like me you don't call ahead, you'll have a hot, tasty meal in record time!! They had a steady crowd of take-out customers while I was there... Yep, they're the only game in town, but they're GOOD!!

This is our go to place when we are too busy to cook. Good quality and affordable. Surprisingly good for a very small town.Love the crab Rangoon and steamed dumplings. For entrees I prefer Singapore Mei Fun and Moo Goo gai pan. The general Tsao chicken is also pretty good. I always get takeout but they do have a little seating.

Very good place for Chinese food in a small town!Located in a house along US Route 42 in South Charleston, Asian Grill serves up a good variety of Chinese food at reasonable prices, most dishes under $11. 22 Lunch Specials ($5.99) served until 3pm are offered here, served with vegetable fried rice. The place offers a full service dining room with ample table seating (self seating) and takeout counter service (kitchen not visible). I stopped in at Asian Grill for lunch takeout recently. I ordered the L21 Shrimp Teriyaki ($5.99-no tax for takeout) served with fried rice. There were several customers enjoying their food in the dining room. My food was ready to go in about 12 minutes, sauces, napkins, and plastic utensils at each table in the dining room. The service was courteous.The portion of food was good. The shrimp teriyaki had a mix of tender grilled shrimp, zucchini, onions, broccoli, and mushrooms in a sweet teriyaki sauce. The fried rice (yellow color) was soft with minimal peas, onion, and carrots. Overall, the food I had was tasty and filling.

worst customer service by kid in front. Messes up your order doesn't even say I'm sorry. Never and I mean never says thanks for your order. He needs to be taught manners

The General Tso chicken was tender white meat, battered, fried, and nicely served on a bed of fried rice as requested. There was a nice bit of fresh broccoli. The atmosphere was a bit sparse, but it was clean and comfortable. The service was reasonably fast and the prices and serving size are quite affordable and generous . I am not frequently in the area but I will be back, that is certain.

We love Asian Grill. We have watched the family grow up. Excellent food! Thank you for being in our community!
