Very good selection is a huge plus. Customer service is limited to the cashiers. I've arrived a couple times at 11 and they were not open. That seems to be a general complaint. Ample parking in the lot and the store is easily accessible to 670. Adding 3% to the total for a card is lame and annoying.

They had a little bit of everything. This store was a perfect place to drop in to grab a few libations for an event. They are knowledgeable here and keep a great stock of drinks.

First thought... Why don't I come here more often? It's less than a mile away from home and has everything you might need in terms of alcohol. Wine, liquor, seltzers, beer, you name it. The few times I have gone it was easy to find what I was looking for (almost always whiskey). There's plenty of parking right our front, which I greatly appreciate given its location. I'll definitely be stopping here before going to Giant Eagle moving forward.

This place does have a good selection and is great alternative to driving to another neighborhood. That being said, the opening hours a truly an estimation, not a rule. The last two times I've gone, I happened to get there right at 11:00 am, the posted opening time. Both times, they opened around 11:10. So yourself a favor and don't show up when they are supposed to open, because they won't be there. Otherwise, enjoy the selection!

This is my favorite liquor store. Huge selection of just about everything you need. And unlike the big chains they do not put out allocated liquor all once that immediately get taken up by people that wait around all morning. This makes it more fair to the average Joe that happens to stumble upon something allocated.

Was looking for tequila for a colleague's birthday present. Helpful staff, had the typical Patron, Cabo Wabo, Herrudura, other top shelf brands. Staff recommended an anejo aged in oak barrels with a hint of caramel, maple- ok will try it. Friendly staff, very helpful, lots of spirits, beer and wine here too

Arena Wine and Spirits is one of the best liquor stores in the city. It has many popular brands and other interesting selections. The prices are pretty good for the area too. It's convenient to the Arena District and cheaper than going to a bar. The staff is very friendly too. I like the selection here. It has many popular tequilas, vodkas, and whiskeys. The variety is among the best. It also has some lesser known products. The prices are the best thing.A bottle of Jose Cuervo margarita was about $12. This is about the best price you'll find for something of that quality around. If you're looking for anything fairly common they'll probably have it. There's all the popular brands you know. A good thing is that it's much more safer than many other liquor stores in scary areas. The other cool thing is they have a machine that chills your beverages so you can drink it without having to refrigerate it first. I recommend Arena Wine and Spirits. It has the best prices and selection around the arena. The service is also very fast and good.

Tucked away in the Arena District is this fairly large liquor store. I'm not sure how I missed it after living in the area for a whole year. They have a fairly extensive selection of liquor. I didn't spend much time perusing, as I went straight to the beer fridge, but they have 4 long aisles of liquor. The beer selection isn't anything to scoff at either. It seems like they have a whole fridge dedicated to cider, if that's your thing. The beer selection is decent, better than your average gas station or Giant Eagle. I think the new Giant Eagles have a larger selection however. The pricing is competitive. I was able to get a 6-pack of Left Hand Nitro Stout for $8.99. Anyways, Arena Wine and Spirits is a good alternative to the Giant Eagle if you live in an Arena District apartment or in Victorian Village. I know i'll be back. The only downside I see is the fact that they close relatively early at 8 pm.

Their selection/service is irrelevant if they can't open on time. Shuttered and locked when I got there after their stated open of 11am (per their sign on the window).
