Arborist Care Tree Service

We had several people come out evaluate and give us quotes. By far, we felt he was the most knowledgeable and best price. Also, he was a fellow Worthington neighbor. We had about 15 trees that we needed cut (mostly dying and trees that weren't right for our home). He and he's crew came and got it all done in about 5-6hours. They were considerate of the property, neighbors and was careful with on-coming traffic (our back yard, where majority of the trees were being cut is right by the main Street). They also clean up and marked the tree stumps that would need grinding down (done separately). It was amazing to see them cut down the trees with ease. We'd definitely be calling him back in the fall when we're looking to plant some tree in our backyard again. Highly recommended.

I could not get a person to come out and give me a quote. I sent an email, no reply. I left 2 messages, no return call. I did finally speak to someone who said they were out working in the Pickerington area and would drive by and look at my trees and leave me a quote. Guess what that never happened. So I moved onto another tree company. I'm not sure how you can stay in business if you don't call customers to get business. Disappointed in the way in which they treat customers before you become one.

Arborist Care Tree Service with Ron Refice and crew are the best.They are responsive to needs, professional, good diagnosticians, efficient providing safety in removing trees and limbs. I had a large limb became dislodged and threatening to cause damage to roof, porch, fringe tree and other surroundings. They were responsive and provided exceptional service which gave me peace of mind. They are the very best!! Judy S
