AR Workshop Grove City

I'm not really a crafty gal, but my friend had a giftcard and wanted me to go with her, so we registered for a class online. You choose the date and your intended project, and pay ahead of time. When you arrive, they have the supplies (wood and stencil, etc.) all ready on the work table. The two ladies who own/run it are very helpful and guide you through the entire process. You wear an apron, and can stain or paint (and use glitter), and rub then peel off stencils for your design or wording. It was all new to me and I learned quite a bit. There can also be a little constructing using nail guns and drills.It's a nice space, and they have completed projects all over the walls to give you ideas for your next visit.They allow you to bring food and drinks. Another group brought wine, and had food delivered.Tip: for a pre-dinner, there is a good Mexican place within walking distance.
