Amanda Roller Rink

nice little quaint place went to a birthday party there. it was nice that the had little tube racks for the inexperienced and younger skaters to use so they didn't fall.

I have been going there since I was 5 yrs old a place to have fun making new friends s place to hang out on Friday and Saturday night

We were here with our family this past weekend and it was your usual roller skating rink. The skating area was big enough to house a party of 20-30 of us that were there. As you walk in you are greeted with pinball machines and video games (from the 80s). Then farther around to your right you can pick up your skates. The skates werent very comfortable, but they served their purpose of skating. Off to the left side (when you first walk in) you have a little party area. Enough room for kids and adults. Overall the staff was friendly and they didnt interfere with the guests too much unless they needed something. They played a few games with the kids, the hokey pokey and the limbo, which was fun watching the kids play!Lets just say that I havent put skates on in several years -- it took me awhile to 'reteach' myself how to skate! It was fun!

If you want to take a trip back in time, don't worry about hunting for Doctor Emmett Brown and his Delorean, take a trip out to rural Fairfield County to the Amanda roller rink! Great place to hold a kid's birthday party. It is a trip back to 1980!

Had called a month before to book a party they only had couple time slots open one being 9am. Called the day before the party to confirm the time and to find out what time we could show up to set up for the party but when I showed up for my daughter 6th birthday party they said the reservation was for 9pm( reminder this is a party for 6 year olds) not for 9am even though I confirmed it the day before on the time and when to show up to set up. But this wasn't my main issue of course it play a big part but the issue was the lady working was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met just because of her alone I will never recommend anyone to go to this place or to ever spend another dime there again. There was zero reason for her to be so rude and disrespectful when all we was trying to figure out was what happen and why her party wasn't when it was confirmed to be at.

This place is small with a true hometown feel about it. Great for birthday parties or a family outing. Love the old style skating rink. Brings back a lot of memories from years ago :)
