I've been going to this vape shop for a couple years since I moved into the area. Hands down, best vape shop I've ever been to. They always have what I need and carry a good selection of juices to try. Most importantly, it's not a sad little sausage fest like most vape shops are these days. Those guys know who I'm talking about. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and not the least bit condescending. Couldn't recommend them more. I also find their prices to be competitive with the online sites. I'll continue going here and avoid all the others like the plague.

I've always had a good experience visiting this store. The staff is attentive and friendly, they always have what I want in stock. More importantly, they appear to follow strict protocol for sanitation. The guys working here are great at reminding me to use MY mouthpiece and NOT touch theirs. They have a very clean store, in both appearance and germs. I appreciate that, not all stores do this. There's always room to hang out or lounge, if that's your thing.Yesterday, I pulled up to get some supplies. As I was walking in, I recognized some people from the store, outside assisting an elderly lady. It seemed like the situation was well under control, but I quickly realized the "situation" had just happened. The lady had just taken a nasty fall, after driving herself there to mail a letter. She was very shaken and confused and bleeding quite a bit. I think there were about 7 people there, assisting. The people working at Altsmoke did an impressive job of handling the situation. Any single one of them was of more help than the three other women standing there when I arrived. The team assisted her into the store, it was 14 degrees. They tended to her bleeding head injury, while the women watched. They did not abandon the store, a manager was on the phone with medics and inside the store. He was advising the helpers of what to do. One woman ran off to find gloves, which is important in preventing the spread of illness and disease. However, the blood was flowing and the woman (90+ I'm guessing) needed help right then and these guys were helping. They weren't talking about helping, they weren't interrogating the woman, they weren't running away to find help or supplies...They were doing everything reasonably possible, right at that moment, to help this sweet lady. Great work, guys!

Love coming in to get more fluids. Way better than downtown campus location because of size, TV, and pool table. Less busy too so it's a quick stop when there's no time to sit and relax. You'll always get welcomed right when you walk in the door! Great buys and products. Keep it up!

I have to say that I love Altsmoke but every time I would go into the store, they would never have the product that I needed in stock. I would either have to wait for it to come in and call ahead of time or go to the High Street location. It becomes frustrating whenever you go in time after time and you can never get everything that you need. I understand that these type of products are a hot commodity nowadays but it seems like they should have more product in stock in order to keep up with demand. The majority of the staff are very friendly, at times though I feel like I am bothering them. Or I just don't fit in.On the other hand they are very knowledgeable when it comes to e-cigs and vaporizers and all of the accessories that come along with it. They have helped me out many of times and try to accommodate if they do not have something that I'm looking for. As I had indicated previously, the only downfall is make sure you call ahead to ensure that they have the item that you are looking for, especially if it is something specific that you are attempting to acquire. If you are just looking to go and browse or see if there's something new, then by all means that's definitely the place to go!

this is a great and friendly place offering all the best reviewed products. occasionally stock might be low on this or that. but they ALWAYS have another above average quality product to offer in its place. low stock happens to a store that is popular! go back more often. if a shop keeper knows your a regular they WILL have what you need all the time. the key to happy shopping at a great and popular shop is to build reputation. seriously folks, an ecig shop just cant be better than this one, it could only be as good. its worth the drive. The biggest thing that i noticed that i like the best was the shop was very clean and organized. Was definitely a little dark inside like how a night club would be. Workers there were very polite but in my opinion were not very helpful in everything that they had. I really enjoyed the variety of juices that they carried that not a lot of other shops had. They were a little on the pricey side though.

Stop reading reviews and just go here. They have everything you need and are competitively priced. Great service, nobody tries to sell you on stuff you don't need, and o yea, they have a pool table..

I've been a regular customer at this shop for years and I must say, the customer service and friendliness of the staff has gone way down hill. Not to mention they support solicitors outside of their business, who are relentless while you're walking in and out of the establishment.

Usually have a great experience here. However today some lady we've never seen before just sitting behind the counter with the door locked even though the sign in the window says open, just rudely sits in the back shaking her head saying no... Even though the store closes at 8pm an its only 5:40pm, not sure what that's about? Guess she didn't feel like making money for the store today.... an then to top it all off just lets the phone ring on end without answering... called 6 different times an she just sat there.... great employee... today is the 15th of feb. thats just bad business.... couldn't even get off her lazy butt to come tell the customer why they weren't open... I could understand if something happened. But to just blatantly be rude like that and ignore a customer? Customer care sure has changed these days... I wonder how many other customers had been turned away before an after us due to this ignorance? Or should I say how much money you lost today...

Great atmosphere and awesome people. Knowledgeable and willing/able to answer questions. Always a friendly and pleasant experience when I stop in!!
