Allons Travel

Mary has assisted us in two separate trips to the Riveria Maya in Mexico in the past year. We took her recommendation on which resort for the first trip and enjoyed ourselves so much we did it all over again the following year. We would recommend anyone using Allons Travel for their trips away from home. We plan to use Allons Travel again for our next vacation.

Going to Mary Stephan was the first time I have ever used a travel agent. The experience I had discourages me from ever using one again. Not only did Mary not listen to what we were looking for with our honeymoon, once we paid her she became very unprofessional and rude. She repeatedly yelled at me and hung up the phone on me, when I was trying to retrieve our travel documents. I was completely shocked at the person she became after I had paid for the vacation. I have no intention of ever referring Mary Stephan or Allon Travel.

I had a great experience with booking my first vacation through a travel agent. Mary Stephan really made everything so easy. She listened to what we all wanted out of our vacation, and made it happen. Listening to four peoples to do list for Vegas is alot! She always stayed in contact making sure we had everything we needed up to point of take off! Mary definitly knows her stuff when it comes to helping plan a vacation. Will most definitly use her for all of our trips in the future and refer her to all my friends and family!

We had a wonderful trip to Las Vagas due to Mary's expertise. She was very responsive and never took more than 24 hours to reply to correspodance. She also stayed within our budget and made recommendations based on our perferences. I plan to use Mary again in the future.

Mary is fantastic!! Using a travel agent made it super easy to plan my vacation for me and my three children. She is very professional and followed through to the end. She saved me a great deal of money too!!! I highly recommend her!

We have used Allons Travel for two special trips this year: the Dominican Republic and our very special destination wedding/honeymoon in Hawaii. On both occasions Mary was able to take our ideas and find us the best destination and fit it right into our budget. I highly recommend Allons Travel and will be scheduling travel with them again in the near future!
