Pros:-extremely affordable for being within walking distance of High Street/Victorian Village/downtown-quiet, safe area-responsive management team and maintenance crew -parking spots are not assigned, but there was always ample parking available around our unit. This came in especially handy during big downtown events like Red White and Boom or Comfest.Cons:-be aware of the terms you sign with the lease. To break the lease (in our case, we had bought a house), you will need to pay 2 months rent + $300, plus give a 30 day notice to vacate that is only accepted on the first of every month. I tried to talk to management to see if i could sublet (not allowed) or find someone to finish out my lease for them (didn't work), so unfortunately we were stuck paying an extra $2k to get out of the lease.-no laundry hookups available except in the 3 bedroom units, so everyone else has to use the laundry rooms. Ask to see these rooms if you're on the edge about this aspect of living here.

Great location. Decent Price. Management is terrible and aren't in the office most of the time.We have been trying to get a new fence built for almost 5 months now. FIVE months. We have been without a fence for five months.

Great location and price for fairly large units with private patios. Getting a 3 BR is worth it for the in-unit laundry.

First off absolutely do not rent from this place the management team has to be one of the most incompetent groups of people I've ever encountered not to mention extremely unprofessional. So my girlfriend and myself get on the wait list here months ahead of the date we needed to move to ensure we would be able to find a unit. After contacting the office several times just to check in and see how the process was going we finally get the go ahead that there is a unit available before the date we needed. This was fantastic as it gave us extra time to move all of our things from one complex to the next. Unfortunately one of our credit situations was not ideal and with both of us being bartenders our paystubs did not completely show our true income so they asked for a cosigner and a letter from our employers to show how much money we make. This request was not a big deal and we were able to accommodate the property manager and we were assured that the unit would be ours. Unfortunately after we went to turn in the letters from our employers the property manager emailed us and told us someone in the office had ACCIDENTALLY rented our unit to someone else and there were no longer units available. Now we have to board our dog and spend hundreds of dollars on a hotel room until we r able to move into a different complex that we were approved on in 3 days. So not only are we out hundreds of dollars but we cannot even get a response or a call back from the property. Once again DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGMENT COMPANY
