We moved in this September and have loved our experience! The management is so kind and always willing to help. One of my favorite things about going to the clubhouse besides the free Starbucks coffee, is the warm greeting you'll always get. I always look forward to coming home to a place that is well taken care of, quiet, set back in trees and peaceful. It's definitely an escape. Being able to decorate our apartment they way we've wanted has been a huge perk too!There are SO many places to eat, shop, grab coffee, and have fun around Albany Landings. I love that there are connecting sidewalks to the main road talk walks on too.Target was just put in not very long ago, and many more retail places are being put in. You feel like you're set apart from the hustle and bustle, but so close to everything too. Just a 1-2 minutes drive to the highway is a huge perk too. We are so thankful to live in Albany Landings!

This is an amazing community!!! This property was recently purchased from Ardent and boy oh boy what a difference they have made. They got rid of the movie room and put in a state of the art gym. The grilling area is absolutely amazing with plenty of seating. Great for birthday parties, baby showers, and other events. The staff is absolutely top notch. Super friendly and they actually care about the residents. If someone is looking for a complex that cares about their residents and have great amenities....then Albany Landings is the place to live!!!

Terrible service! Do not rent here, or with any Ardent Communities properties, ever! They steal your security deposit when you leave the apartment impeccably clean! Despicable!!!! I have never been more disappointed in the treatment we received from a rental company in my lifetime. We set my Mother up in an apartment that she kept very well-maintained, and they stole her deposit claiming damages. There were no damages aside from a few screw holes from her curtain rods which we filled. If they will do this to a little, retired lady they will do it to anyone! Crooks! I wish I could give it no stats, but I had to select at least one.

I love this community so much, starting with the staff, super friendly! I recently moved in 3 months ago and have had a couple maintenance request and they were all done in a timely manner. The dog park and playground are a plus! Neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of! Love my home!

I moved to Albany Landings Apartments a few months ago and I can't wait until my lease is up! Well the walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors TV playing in their livingroom in my bedroom. To top it off I didn't ask if this was a smoke free complex and it is NOT!! So I can smell cigarettes from my neighbors in my hallway, bathroom and my bedroom, it is awful!!! This is a heads up post so you don't make the same mistake that I did by not asking the right questions. I will definitely be moving when my lease is up. All I can do is pray that the time goes by fast!!

Late 2018 Albany Landings changed ownership and it has legitimately been the BEST experience as a tenant! I will agree with the previous reviews under the other ownership, but with Champion I couldn't be happier. Resigned my new lease for another year. Best part about new ownership: 1. They had great renewal incentives. Based on my 1 year prior lease I got to chose from a list of carpet cleaning, Firestick,Yeti tumbler along with others. I also received a $500 visa gift card. Had I been a tenant for longer than a year the incentives got better. 2. They came in and upgraded all of our apartments with smart technology! Use Amazon echo to control lights and outlets and front door lock. Pretty cool! They also implemented recycling, fixed the trash compactor, put in a dog park/play ground, installed washer/dryer and microwaves in units. All great improvements and the most frustrating things under previous ownership. 3. They follow up after maintenance visits. They always make sure issues were resolved by texting after the visit which is super convenient maintenance always leaves a note. 4. Offer a lot of fun events for tenants that sometimes includes alcohol!5. Company is locally owned and gives back to the Columbus community. Seemed very prideful in their ownership. They actually want to take care of tenants.

I moved into this community in May and I am extremely happy. This is a safe and quiet community. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance requests are completed promptly. They do a lot of fun events and really cater to the residents. I'm very happy I moved here!

My wife and I applied for an apartment. They asked for 3 references, which we gave them. They later came back and asked for 3 more saying that they need 3 for each person. We could not provide 6 references because we are from Australia and can't use our family there. 6 references seems a bit excessive anyway. They cancelled our application and kept our money.

The only reason I am giving one star is because you cannot post without doing so. Easily the WORST place I have ever lived. Very cheaply made. I moved out last December and disputed the almost $600 we were charged for nail holes and not cleaning the carpet. How excessive! I finally got a notice saying the charges were valid and called to TRY to pay. I say TRY because it seems nobody knows who takes care of past tenants trying to pay. I first called the office and they gave me a number to call which ended up being the emergency maintenance line. They told me I needed to speak with the office and I let them know that's who gave me their number. Then they tried to give me the number to the office and I told them that was who I called. They told me to hang on and that I was being transferred to the office. Then the office gave me a cell phone number to a very rude man. He said he was in his car and would have someone call me at the number I called from. I said that was not acceptable because I needed to pay right away and wasn't going to wait for a call back that I'm sure would never come. He snapped at me and said "Well I can't help you." I said "well then I'll talk to your manager. What is your name?" He said "I don't have a manager." I asked his name again and he hung up on me. I then called the office back and they said the corporate manager was in the office and they would have her call me by 3pm to settle my account. I also wrote a contact request on the website and the turn over department emailed me. They had someone call me and I told her the situation and she told me that I was the one who called the wrong number. WOAHH so now this is my fault that I called the wrong number when you're incompetent employees couldn't give me one simple phone number? She then informed me they weren't HER employees because she was in the turnover department. I said look you work for the company so this should be important for you to address! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And I am going to keep calling until I get in touch with a manager because this is unacceptable.
