This company is the worst!! They managed a house on Otterbein campus in Westerville where college students lived. The house was falling apart with windows and doors broken, dirty carpet, doors that didn't lock from the outside, no working smoke detectors, unsafe wooden steps. I could go on and on!!They charged each student $550/mo and there was 4 living in house. Do they math.... A rip off!!The students tried over the course of a year to get things fixed and continued to get the run around by a lady named Eileen. They finally got the required smoke detector and locks in the doors then their lease was up. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of these students. Now I hear they are no longer in existence but not sure. Good riddance!!!

My wife and I lived in one of their units for almost 2 years. After moving out they stole $315 from our security deposit to clean the unit of normal wear and tear which is illegal. Look on BBB they have done the same to other people. They will do it to you! Don't live in one of their units and I would be wary of letting them manage a property I own!

Nightmare! Beware! Yikes! This entity entered into a land contract with previous property owner and have been downright awful. Major repairs are necessary in the property they neglected to walk-thru and or have inspected (entire laundry and bathroom floor need pulled up due to water heater leak left unattended). Had an inspection been done and appropriate followup once notified that previous owner left a multitude of outstanding repairs, prior to entering into contract with them; there would be cause for them to be angry. Now faced with City Code violations and huge monetary issues, this entity faults the tenants that existed prior to sale of property for their own lack of buyer beware attention. Very unprofessional business with anger channeled at the wrong party. This entity invested in a junk property and got stuck with repairs the previous landlord ignored. Old landlord ran off into the sunset with their money.
