Adam's Eden Food Truck

I stopped by Adam's Eden Food Truck tonight and absolutely loved it.The Bourbon Street chicken was delicious. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor. I was also pleasantly surprised at how fast they were turning around orders.I'll definitely be coming back to this food truck.

We came across this food truck at an event, where the delicious smells quickly attracted our attention. We ordered gyros and fries. Everything was hot and delicious and much enjoyed. The fries were crispy and golden and came in a generous portion. The gyro came fully loaded with veggies, feta, and tzatziki and was a filling, delightful mix that definitely needed napkins to eat! We will be watching for this truck again in the future!

Happened to see this truck at Franklinton Fridays and gave it a shot. I ordered the Gyro Chicken Fry Bowl. When it was handed out to me it was still sizzling and smelled so good! It was a layer of tasty French fries covered in grilled chicken, onions, peppers, tomatoes, mozzarella and feta cheese. They then drizzled tzatziki sauce over everything. The mix of flavors was outstanding and the service by the two employees was outstanding. I would definitely hit this truck again.

Saw that this truck was in a nearby neighborhood and decided to make a run there, Met the owner Adam who has been a Chef since 1998, his assistant also was named Adam. Decided to try the Porker, a pulled pork sandwich with crispy coleslaw on top and some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce on top. You talk about a great sandwich, oh my, super tasteful. Also ordered Green Beans which had corn, green beans, red peppers I believe and some pieces of pork. Delicious. Then some Baked Beans, they were nice and mild tasting, pieces of pork, chopped onions. Awesome. Super great experience. Cant wait to go back to try more things.

Amazing coffee....so good on it's own. No need to add sugar, flavoring. Would actually take away from the gorgeous taste. Definitely a must go each morning whether you are a local or tourist. Owner makes you start your day with a smile!Dawn-Reno/ former Kauai resident

My friend and I got teriyaki chicken on rice after a night out at this food truck and we were very impressed. The chicken was delicious and flavorful, while the rice had enough flavor on its own without even needing the chicken with it. I will definitely try them again if the opportunity presents itself!

The condition of the truck looked absolutely filthy. I had already ordered my meal before I realized how dirty the hands of the person taking my order were. I tried a bite of the bourbon chicken and it wasn't good at all. I would never eat here again.

I got the teriyaki chicken, and didn't know what to expect. What a pleasant surprise! The chicken was tender and the flavors were really amazing. Not greasy at all, the sauce and rice were perfect. Will be looking for Adam's Eden Food Truck in the future! Highly recommend.

Got the bourbon chicken and it was soo disappointing. The portion size was small for how expensive it was. They fill a small cardboard boat with the food and then put it in a styrofoam container so it looks like you're getting more food than you are. The chicken just tasted like a dirty grill. There was literally no sauce on this and it looked nothing like the advertised pictures. The bourbon flavor was just not there at all. Would order anything from here again.
