AcademyOne Childcare & Preschool

Over the past year we moved across the country to Ohio. This was a new school in a new city for my son and he transitioned incredibly well due to the amazing teachers. Academy One has a progressive preschool program, warm and inviting teachers, and great indoor/outdoor play-space for the kids. While all the teachers are wonderful, I want to recognize Ms Dominique and Ms Aryana in the Pre-K classroom for their exceptional dedication, expertise, and compassion!

This daycare/preschool has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My sons teachers were very nice but the director (Lauren) has been so unprofessional and i possible to communicate with. She has never returned a call or message on time to my family. I had to call back after the ball was dropped SIX times to get enrolled. I am assured this was not how operations ran. After starting she was equally as absent and no communicative. I felt bad for the teachers because they seemed overwhelmed and struggling under a non-present director who "should be back any minute" every time we needed her.I have asked the director multiple times to speak with the owner and she will not give me any contact information for the owner.
