AAA Express Taxi

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a taxi company. Scheduling the ride was prompt and efficient (especially for a last minute request). Abraham arrived 10 minutes early, was friendly and courteous, and his cab was immaculate and comfortable. He was a careful driver and I arrived for my flight in plenty of time. I highly recommend that you give him a call if you need a ride in the Columbus area.

I received prompt service when I inquired and they were polite in their responses. It was easy to communicate with them and very easy to arrange a pick up.

AAA Express Taxi made it easy to book a round trip fare for a relative from two time zones away. I contacted them through their website inquiry form and Sam emailed me within one day. I was able to pay with my credit card so that my relative didn't have to pay for the ride to/from Columbus International Airport. Sam charged my card only after completing each leg of the trip, and at my request, he put the tip on the card, too. We're very pleased with AAA Express Taxi and how smoothly everything went - they're professional, on-time, and easy to work with.
