The food here is so good, the service is quick and you get so much food for a reasonable price. The ambience of the place is also very good, its small and cozy. We had the General Tso chicken with fried rice and the szechuan chicken with fried rice. Definitely worth it!

I didn't enjoy the food at all. I read the rave reviews and ordered general Tso's chicken, chicken lo mein, egg rolls (spring rolls), and chicken fried rice. The sauces that are used on general tso and chicken lo mein is dark, thick, and sweet like syrup. It was so sweet that if I didn't order it, I wouldn't have know what it was. The chicken fried rice and chicken lo mein...where's the chicken? It was so little chicken in the containers that I thought they messed up my order. There were 3 small pieces of broccoli in my GT chicken container (I counted). The eggs rolls are spring rolls and so thin and greasy. I've not been this disappointed in takeout in some time. None of it was good or tasted fresh. but I will say, it may be best for after the club or bar. This is late night, after hours food because I can't imagine eating it for lunch or dinner. I did a pickup order so I don't know what the place looks like inside.

Always enjoy the food. Recommend the Singapore Noodles.Friendly staff. Fun to watch them cook.

The owner and his sons are very, very sweet. This little carryout joint is always busy because they make really good food!! My favorite here is the 'Roasted' pork fried rice, and egg rolls. I always order heavy-laden meat dishes, and I have been trying less saturated fatty dishes, so 1 day ago, I ordered the Szechuan bean curd to try something new. I am HIGHLY surprised how DELICIOUS it was, and will definitely be ordering from them again. They are good people, and I am thankful for them and will be back. There are only a few table and chairs, small place, and geared pretty much towards carryout. Keep up the good work A-WOK!

Hands down BEST Chinese restaurant around!! I crave it whenever I am, and I've never been disappointed! Also, if you go in to order, no matter how busy their are- I've ALWAYS gotten my food in less than 15 minutes!Their Vegetable Egg Rolls = out of this world!! They are my absolute favorite! Meal wise, I love their Vegetable Lo Mein and Chicken Lo Mein! I'm also a fan of their Sweet & Sour Chicken and Fried Dumplings, along with the Chicken w/ Cashew Nuts. I've been coming here for YEARS, and they never disappoint!! I love my greasy Chinese food, so the lack of cleanliness if their restaurant isn't a bother to me. The employees are always friendly and helpful!For fast, cheap, and TASTY Chinese food, I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

This place fucking slaps... all of this food for 12 dollars and it's good, I LOVE A WOK

Good quality food, solid crab rangoons which is always hard to find haha, and good customer service after a misunderstanding. Decent prices, and they have daily lunch specials with different meals each day for 7.99 would definitely recommend, don't let the outside appearance ward you off! It's worth it

I've been going to this take-out since the mid-90's!! I treat myself every so often to either their General Tso's or Roast Pork Lo Mein although I've had all of their specials over the course of decades. Trust me when I say, I've tried the General Tso's from about a half dozen other take-out places in the area. A-Woks is still the best!! Even after all these years!! The service is fast and you get a lot of food for the price! All the soups are great and I never know which one I want until I get to the counter.I've seen their kids grow and are now taking orders and helping to run the restaurant. Give them a try. You won't be sorry.

The workers are very kind, and the food is the best Chinese I have had. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Good size portions Decent price Quick service 10 minutes . The general Tsos's chicken a bit spicy for me but my husband liked it .
