A Time to Toast

Lourdes Barroso de Padilla who owns and runs A Time to Toast was fantastic, and hands down one of the best- if not the best money we spent on our wedding. Lourdes went beyond the day of coordinator position for our wedding and met with us a few times before the event, went to various vendor meetings, coordinated our rehearsal, made a timeline, helped to set up reception and ceremony décor, picked up breakfast and lunch for the bridal party, and much-much more. Lourdes was personable, friendly, and assertive at the appropriate times, if there was anything that went wrong at our wedding we had no idea! In fact the day was beyond perfect. Lourdes was fantastic!!!

Although Lourdes is based in Columbus, OH, she was here in Boston at the time of our wedding, so she worked as an assistant coordinator. She was very professional and easy to work with - we had a primary coordinator based here in Boston who took care of details during the bulk of planning, but Lourdes was available for consultation/second opinions all the time and we would have been absolutely LOST without her help with coordinating many of the "day of" details and timeline. She is fabulous!
