Pulled chicken bowl-DELISH! The bowl looked small-but when I say it was packed with protein-it WAS PACKED!! Baked beans and cheesy potato casserole did not disappoint either. Can't wait to try the nachos!

Had the brisket bowl. One of the best meals I have had in a long time. So good. Track this truck down and try their food immediately.

Got the brisket bowl and I've been thinking about all the amazing flavors every since!! It came on a bed of their creamed corn. The mix of seasonings and jalapeños is to die for! I was highly impressed and will be back!!

Saw that 3 Flames BBQ was in my neighborhood and I had been trying to hit them up for a while. Met the owner Tony and his wife Deanna. Super nice people. Both had quit their jobs to bring the business full time this year. Decided to order the 3 bones with Mac and Cheese. Mac and cheese was made with small elbow macaroni and super creamy cheese. The 3 bones were made with a nice dry rub that was off the chart. The ribs were nice and tender. Some of the best. Also had the Pulled Pork sandwich which was super moist and seasoned great. Yummm!!! Also had the Green Chile creamed corn. It had a nice blend of fresh corn with the green chile and cream. Not something you see every day, super tasty. And then there was the Chili. Oh my goodness. A mixture of brisket/pulled pork, chili and beans. This has some heat to it which was great. The say it won the Chili competition at the State Fair. I can truly believe it. Get out and check them out. Great food and great people!!!!!

Some of the best bbq I've ever had. This is a Texas style dry rub, so no sauce on the ribs! But let me tell you. It does not lack in flavor one bit. The herbs and spices used just compliment so well and the meat just falls right off the bone. So delicious. And one of the most popular menu items is a brisket bowl, with green chile corn, tender brisket, fresh jalapeños and a hot sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! I can't wait to have the food again as it's definitely become a quick favorite for me. You can find upcoming events for this mobile food truck on their website, IG or street food finder!! AMAZING! We had there brisket bowl a few weeks ago at Henmick! It was absolutely delicious I have been anxiously awaiting there return to Henmick!

Awesome BBQ with amazing side dishes...Today I had their brisket sandwich & some green chile creamed corn. That corn was out of this world. The brisket was shredded and very moist & so flavorful. I wanted to try everything on their menu...You can tell by the food quality they really take pride in their craft...FANTASTIC!!

Great BBQ! Have tried the chicken bowl, lobster roll, and rack of ribs. All great!Try to catch this place whenever we can. Dry rub is great and the corn/chicken bowl is amazing!

3FlameBBQ smoked my families Thanksgiving Turkey last Sunday, and it was simply amazing. We celebrated early and having Tony @ 3FlameBBQ work his smoker like a boss and literally create a masterpiece of a turkey was priceless. The cost was on point, I didn't have to do any of the prep work, cooking or clean up associated with the turkey, so that was a blessing in and of itself! Food was pretty good, but I was really, really disappointed in the serving sizes. I got the brisket bowl ($10) and it was maybe 1 1/2 cups worth of food.
