Stopped in at lunchtime to try this new place out. Ambiance was authentic and clean and welcoming! Place was empty so we were greeted and sat immediately. Waitress/cook/owner? Took our drink order and brought chips and salsa right away. Salsa was not only flavorful but actually had some spice and heat!! Chips tasted fresh and hot! Great start! Friend and I both went for the traditional Horchata (delish) and ordered the birria. We didn't have to wait long ...long enough to devour the chips and fresh salsa. Presentation of the birria platter was outstanding. Large chunks of flavorfulMeat...rice was well seasoned and beans were as expected. Fresh garnish was a nice touch any generous including avocado and limes! Waitress brought 2 house sauces...red and green. I only tried the red and it had a delicious kick. Birria was seasoned extremely well but not spicy so I added the red sauce and it was excellent. I can't wait toGo back again! I see they are new and really hope people discover this gem! I also saw they had a bar and had a frozen mango slushy going and look forward to an evening visit and sampling that!!

Food was pretty good. Great atmosphere but this chips and salsa were underwhelming. Rice and beans were good but the carnitas were a little dry.

We arrived after seeing the big balloon archway. Having been open 3 hours they sure have things well on the way to being a staple in the Mexican food restaurants. The food is fantastic. Chips and salsa very good; very fresh salsa with good flavor. The menu is not overwhelming but a nice variety. We will be back for sure and I suggest that you give it a try too. Great job on opening day. Congratulations!

Ordered a bomb burrito. Wow. It was packed! It had beef, refried beans, rice, and rolled chicken tacos in it. Was only able to eat half. Took the rest home. The homemade chips and salsa were really good too. They weren't typical of all the other Mexican restaurants in the area. Two different sauces were brought with the food. Loved the green sauce. Will be eating here again.

We had a great experience at 3 Amigos - the food was excellent and the waitstaff treated us wonderfully. Clean restaurant with great Mexican decor (at least to a gringo).

The food here is super. I had the bomb burrito, which was exceptional. Lots of crunchy chicken, guacamole, lettuce etc. Everything is clean, the service was excellent. We'll be back!

Our first trip to 3 Amigos. The menu is not the typical El Vaquero-type offerings, no Speedy Gonzales here. It was nice to have different options. We really liked the well-seasoned chips. The texture of the salsa is smooth - just how I like it. Our server brought two additional sauces in squeeze bottles, much to the delight of my sauce-loving husband. The avocado one was pretty spicy, but he mixed the two together for a big thumbs up. We ordered the Choriqueso which was quite good. I would have enjoyed it more if it was served over a flame to keep it hot and runny. It started to cool and coagulate halfway through, which was a bummer because it was so tasty with the chips. I ordered a tostada with carnitas. There are several filling options. The toppings and shell were fresh and fantastic. The only shortcoming was the meat. It tasted like it had been reheated on a strong smelling grill with too hot and old grease. Only some of the bites tasted that way, but enough to be offputting. The husband had Huaraches - a new item to us. He really liked it. He ordered chicken which was shredded, but would try something else the next time since there are lots of options. We were too full for dessert, but maybe next time. Our server was very nice. The restaurant was quite clean and arranged with social distancing in mind. There is a nice long bar running down one side of the restaurant. We did not partake in the bar offerings this time. One bonus that I really appreciated was the good silverware. It was not that typical cheap crap that you can barely use to eat. Result of visit: We would eat here again for sure.
