Tour provided Very little information, however people on the tour were awesome to help with answers. More space is needed as refrigerated areas for storage are full as well as dry storage. Membership is average price however hourly is costly.

An incredible resource for Central Ohio! 1400 Food Lab creates a space for entrepreneurs to test and realize their dreams of starting a food business. The staff are professional and friendly and bend over backwards to support their clients. The recently renovated event space is versatile and great for corporate retreats/meetings, holiday parties and even wedding receptions!

Awesome space. Food lab can be rented for events, or you can find public (but you must buy a ticket) food related events by local chefs on their website. Everything I've attended here is always really interesting - you learn, eat good food, and the space is comfortable and clean!
