Lost my daughter the first day she was in there care. When I finally found my child had been left in the pool around lunch, forgotten about, and left with an unknown family and I didn't find here till 6 pm! Complete negligence and horribly run.

There's something magical about this place. I can't put my finger on it; but for whatever reason, I get serious gas the minute I walk in. I love it.

My family and I recently joined the Pueblo YMCA. And for the most part it has been a good experience until today. The main reason I joined is because of the steam room. I have had skin issues and joint issues so it really helps when I can steam for 20 minutes after working out. I stood in front of the steam room looking at a sign that said, maintenance cleaning from 4:30pm to 5pm. OK. No problem. I have 8 minutes until 5pm, I will just stand here and wait. Others were also waiting. I realized no one had cleaned it and no employee was even near it. So I went to the front to find out what was going on. Oh, it's broken said one lady at the counter. I asked when it would be working and they didn't know. Upon asking why there wasn't an out of order sign so those paying your salary aren't wasting their time. I got a giggle fake smile and a response of: well aren't you glad you came to the front to find out? Customers should get what they are paying for. If the steam room breaks, we should be paying less money monthly until it is fixed. I wasn't impressed with the employee attitude or the false advertising.

I am beyond disappointed by this YMCA. The fact is, they are now charging a ridiculous amount of money. I used to be a member when it was around 35 per month for a single person. Upon returning, I was shocked to find the price had jumped 20 dollars monthly! Not only that, after the process was nearly complete, they finally informed me of the over 70 dollar "admin fee" for signing up. So for one month, I paid over 130 dollars. WHY?! I thought YMCAs were supposed to be accessible to lower income families and kids. How is that reasonable at all? The facilities sure do NOT equate to such a huge price jump. Furthermore, they make canceling memberships a huge pain in the butt and their hours are cut back, closing at 2pm on a Saturday?! When are people supposed to come to the Y if you are closed all weekend?I will be canceling asap but because of their predatory policies, and it will likely cost me another 70 plus dollars for a single month. Frankly, I find it repulsive that they would completely remove any accessibility to people with even an average income. I do not believe it to be representative of the YMCA as a whole and I hope in the future they will change their ways, but I will never be a member of the Y again. If I could give them a 0, I would.

Joined the Y not even a year ago. It was going good until they changed their hours. I can only really go on the weekends because I work during the week and have to run kids around so now I pay a ridiculous amount for a family membership to go maybe 4 days out of the month. So disappointing. If I knew they were going to change their hours would not have joined.

This place is poorly ran. they lie to their members, don't train their staff properly, allow their childcare employees to be high at work and use marijuana vape pens while on the job (they don't drug test at all), the turnover rate is extremely high because they pay extremely low and demand a high workload. So much that the swim director went to the VP, Coleen jones, to request a day off because her workload was too heavy and impacting her mentally. Colleen told her to figure it out herself and she won't be getting a day off. They claim their four core values are Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Caring however they do not uphold these values. Children are constantly getting hurt and the YMCA takes zero accountability. They lie on incident reports to cover their butts of neglect and not paying attention to the children. They also transport children in a bus that leaks gas and are okay with that. Often putting 3 kids to a seat with no boosters or harnesses for preschoolers.

I want to share my opinion about the Pueblo YMCA.The men's locker room floors and showers are disgusting. shower stall/curtains need cleaned. they have had a problem with old showers for months.hair dryer in the mens locker roomhasn't worked for 8 to 10 months and when I talked with the head maintenance man, he told me that he doesn't have time to fix/replaceit. The gym floors are dirty with trash and some kind of drink spills, and the workout gym (weight room) don't think they have been hardcleaned in months.Tom L.

This camp is not a good place for kids! The staff is unqualified and creates an alarmingly negative environment in the camp. My child's counselor constantly reminded him that he was depressed and didn't like being around kids. The counselor started the camp by saying he was there to make their camp week miserable for the campers. With everything that kids have had to endure recently, no children need this negativity and manipulative environment. When advised of the issues, the camp director chose not to take any action. I can see where this philosophy comes from. There are many positive and inspiring camps for our children. This is not one.
