If we had any other good option we would be gone today. Store associates are overworked, abused by most custmers and just trying to earn a living telling you about high prices and S....ty service. This is an area we need choice! I have found better service from Castle Rock store but no difference on service or pricing. We all must review to ever hope for change.

Came in today to make some changes to 2 accounts. No long wait times and nice atmosphere. Our customer service person was Matthew and he was so amazing. Handled everything in a calm and efficient manner and got us out of there in no time at all. Yay for Matt.

The customer service at this store was outstanding. I I returned equipment that wasn't working. The gal that helped me explained that there was some protective tape on top of my receiver that might have been the problem. I had already asked Xfinity customer service on the phone if that were the problem and they said no. As far as I am concerned, I will never call or chat online with Xfinity again. I frequently encounter problems when I am with the company this way. Without any hesitation or arguments the nice gal gave me new equipment. She was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about Xfinity products. What a breath of fresh air to actually have good customer service! I can't say this enough. Go there instead of using Xfinity online or phone customer service. Incompetent and unsatisfactory is all I can say about that subject. It would be rude and disrespectful to say what I am thinking.

11 Jul 23 - my husband called XFinity to delete our home phone because it would save us $60 on our bill and spoke to a lady on the phone. He also told her that we wanted to change our cell phone service from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile. He cancelled our T-Mobile and god a code from them to take to XFinity Mobile. He went on the 12th of July to this office on Nevada and Avery Demery waited on him and could not find anything the lady he spoke to the night before had entered on the computer. Avery put two new SIM cards on our cell phones after my husband got a code from T-Mobile deleting our service with them. My cellphone was working when he brought it home but his cell phone was not working. He called Avery in the afternoon to tell him his phone was not working so he gave him a number to call that evening to see if they could help him get his phone to work. They tried several times to get his phone to work and it still said no service so they told him to go back to their office and get a new SIM card. Avery was very helpful through this whole process. Our home phone was also not disconnected as we requested.

From geeting to exit Matt and Dylan were exemplary. We had an issue for over 6 months that they helped us resolve. They were professional, personable, honest, and extremely knowledgable. We didn't feel pressured and even have new phones. Matt compared the phones and we have phones that fit all our needs, with insurance, screen protectors, and cases. The service we received was exceptional and they answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns, and Matt even walked us to the door when we left. Beyond impressed with Matt and Dylan. They are the perfect examples of customer service.

All you get is a autobot that thinks restarting your modem will solve all issues. You cant talk to a real person. I went to store made an appointment for technician to come out and autobot chat canceled it. They deserve 0 stars. Total buyers remorse
