Came here to drop off my equipment because I was moving in with my partner, and we are using their xfinity account. They made it super easy to give my equipment back and cancel my service at the same time. I actually got a refund back because I returned it before the month was over. At our new place, xfinity wasn't enabled, so they had to come out and get some cables connected. We have service but the cables are all still above ground, they had a crew come out to put them below ground but when my boyfriend asked them if they had called the 811 dot before they dig they said yes but there were no flags or marks in the yard. No one had come and flagged, and boyfriend told them this. We also have a sprinkler system, and we didn't want them to cause any damage. They called someone and said they'd be back in 2 hours. They haven't been back in 4 weeks. Xfinity is a great internet service provider, and we have had no problems but becautious when they come to dig. The lack of communication on when they will be back is disappointing.

I like the product and online service; however, it is impossible to reach the store directly by phone! The only number goes to a robot sorting line. It takes 30 minutes to reach a human and they are not in the store and they don't even have a store number to reach them!!! The store is less available than the President!!! I want to set up an appointment and to know that Im ready for that appointment since I only have a few minutes between jobs to do this! So frustrating!!! I'm doing this while at work and it is wasting so much of my time. I was given the "store" number by the representative for the store on Nevada blvd and it took me back to the corporate cue. Argh!!!If it wasn't for this they would get FIVE STARS!!!!! :/

Absolutely terrible service. They keep charging me for a device I returned and they confirmed it was received in perfect condition. The billing system is probably from the 80's, and cannot deal with any change at all. Worst service provider ever!

Had enough of ATT came in to add phones to our internet plan. Kaleb was super helpful, greeted me immediately and was super patient while I called ATT because they had my phone sim locked for no reason. We swapped all 3 of our family lines and are saving 140$ over all. Couldn't be more satisfied! Thanks Kaleb! You're the best!

Came in today to get help with an internet issue. The nice thing was, it was not busy, only 1 other customer, so we did not have to wait. That was the good part (the 2 stars). The customer service person assigned to us was Darius, who gave off a vibe like he was so bothered to have a customer, no greeting, no smile, even though nothing at all was going on at the store. Told us to go online for help, which we had already tried and no results. Finally and reluctantly looked up the account and we got somewhere. The customer service assistants at the Nevada Ave location are so great and friendly and always super eager to tackle any issue, but the lines there are super long all the time and that's why we decided to go to the Barnes Rd. store and this was the 2nd time, we got this rep Darius assigned and both times we felt like he was just so so bothered, that he had to help a customer, not really friendly, no greeting/introducing himself, no smile, not showing much interest in our request, just overall he made us feel, like we were disturbing his peace. And this was the 2nd time with this representative within 6 month and same thing. Really - it seems like he hates his job a lot!It was a depressing experience.

12 Jul 23 - my husband went to this other location this morning to try and get his cell phone to work. Avery Felts changed his SIM card and he finally got his cell phone to work. He also deleted our home phone service which had not been done even though we had requested it the day before. Cannot believe it took us two full days to get this cell phone service transfer done. I think some of their employees need to learn how to handle transfers and take care of phone calls and not just ignore them.
