There's is no better place for wigs and hair and the customer service is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I'm apprehensive about wigs because of bad experiences I've had at "beauty shops" they not only help find wigs that look so natural on me but they even help me put it on and measured my head! I left the store with 4 different looks and will continue to come back, ladies and gentlemen this is the store for great customer service and quality products!

Do not go here. I paid for my hair extensions to be fixed and Chineta did a quick 10 mins fix, charged me 35 dollars, asked me for a tip and then sent me on my way. The next day my extension was broken again, because she didn't actually fix it. I reached out to the salon and they told me I needed to reach her individually because she had been paid already. I told her what had happened and she informed me that she "doesn't do refunds" and refused to give me my money back. I paid $40 for a service I didn't even receive. Do not go here unless you want to pay for someone to be rude to you and not an actual hair service

Options are very slim in Co Springs when it comes to ethnic hair...But they def get the job done. I recommend booking with the owner. She was able to squeeze me in at the last min not once but twice. They are located right in the mall so it's not hard to find. They do sell hair in the store as well but do not pressure you to buy. She was able to reuse the hair I had in and was even nice enough to wash and dry it before reinstallation for a very small fee. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly! I will be back!!
