Any negative reviews on this place are so strange and spiteful. This place is great for indoor water fun in Colorado Springs. It has a huge pool, a kids pool, lots of fun water toys that are especially perfect for travelers who don't pack that stuff. They sell snacks at the front which we took to our table near the pool so they don't bother you about food like one review said . We spent an amazing afternoon here having so much fun in the water. They even have super clean locker rooms with showers. By the pool they have a dryer for swimsuits and lots of seating. This place is a must. We paid $7 for adults $5 for kids.

For as expansive as woodmen hills is and as much as we pay into our recreation center(s- I'm attaching the s because we have a tiny weight and cardio room at a different location that gets overcrowded quick) I don't feel as if we get a whole lot back. Honestly it needs to be larger to facilitate our active community.

Woodmen Hills E. Recreation Center is a great place especially to take your children. Their swimming pool is always clean and the gym is always clean. The lifeguards are friendly and attentive at any hour of the day. The staff at the front desk is welcoming And helpful. I am glad we have this location close to the house

I really don't understand the hours of the business and it's a little time-consuming trying to work around a business that is only open for so many hours and then closes for so many hours which makes it a little bit unnecessary to even try to come to this rec center. The cardio room feels a little too tight especially when you're all in a small room on a treadmill or an elliptical and there's only eight machines to choose from estimate wise. They could expend the workout room and put more equipment.Depending on the staff and who's working you never know what your encounter will be like. I've had good counters and I've had rough and counters and sometimes it just seems like no one knows anything when you ask a question. The swimming lessons are a bit of a joke. they have the kids do swimming lessons basically in a really tiny little small section of the pool and it doesn't seem very useful considering they're supposed to learn how to swim but it's always crowded or the lessons aren't planned out that well.In my own opinion I think that this place needs a little bit more of an improvement compared at the rates and costs that you can go to for another Recreational Center. Just saying, my own opinion.

My family loves the swimming pools there. Much warmer than the YMCA's in Colorado Springs. We changed from weekly swimming at Cottonwood Creek to here and are happy even with the extra mileage.

it pretty boring here and you can't bring any pool blow ups in the pool and they also don't let you do anything in the pool in the first place

For a collection of over $137,000 per month, it seems someone could keep the trails in better condition. When I inquire, all I get is excuses. Be thankful the county road crews don't use the same philosophy.
