We have been wanting to try this place because we are big fans of wings! But we were at home and didn't want to leave. We used their website to order for delivery, and it is paired with doordash but did not change sites. The website wasn't very user-friendly, and some options are missing. There was no option to add what dipping sauces you wanted, so after we placed the order, we realized and called them. They answered quickly and said they were aware and asked what sauce we wanted, and they would make sure we got it. And they did! I'm very happy we got the ranch. Also, the delivery time is off, it kept getting pushed back, took almost 1 hour. We know wings take a while to make, but that needs to be reflected when you place the order. There were 2 of us, and we split the 18-piece meal. You can choose from three flavors of wings and get your choice of side. We chose dry rub lemon pepper, honey BBQ, and mild sauce and made those extra crispy. The mild was our favorite. We liked the extra crispy, and the sauce was great. We did not like the honey BBQ, and we probably wouldn't choose that flavor again. The fries were ok but were not very crispy.Overall, the wings were good, and the customer service qas too. We would try them again, but either do pickup or eat there.

Overall we had a decent experience. We got this delivered and really liked that all the wings came in one box vs separate. The wings were decent, husband liked them more than I did. Both our favorite was the key west rub. I haven't had a flavor like that before and it was really good. The others were forgettable in my opinion. However I loved the honey hot sauce on the tenders, I would try that on wings for sure. The fries were a total bust. Not crispy at all and barely any cheese. We were expecting a cheese sauce or something, definitely wouldn't order those again.

Is there no supervision here at WnB? My cheese steak was dry and had hardly any cheese. I had the best cheese steak from this place last month. I won't be ordering that again. Consistency is the key to returns on your investments. AKA the customer! So disappointed because I was loving this place. The burgers I tried, the wings.

First time, really pleased with our $35 pickup order! At 5:20, not busy in the store, counter person was pleasant, bagging pickup orders like mine. Mine was ready on time. At home, the burger orders were missing ordered fixings but super tasty burgers, we weren't sad. One of us had the honey mustard nuggets, loved them! My tenders were a bit dry, they forgot the WOW sauce but the fried pickles were awesome! We will give WnB another shot another day!

Way too hungry to take pics, sorry! But we had a double bacon burger and fries and a 10 piece medium wings. We're very impressed. I hesitated because another reviewer said the wings were tiny but they're a good size and meaty. No gamey flavor and the extra crispy I customized it to was exactly what I was looking for. Medium has a bit of spice and for me was perfect. My husband couldn't stop raving about the burger and offered me a bite. The bacon had a somehow light crisp to it, cooked perfectly. Just a great burger. Fries were still crispy and a substantial size. This spot is close to us so looks like we have a new go-to!

I came by here when I was dropping off batteries for recycling at batteries plus I thought it was a different place but it's WNB factory! That stands for wings and burgers! They have more items in the menu than just wings. I had the chicken tenders with mango habanero sauce. Excellent! The mango makes it a little bit sweet with the spicy. They warned me about the ghost pepper. The staff was very attentive to my questions. It was my first time. Stop by and try it. You will be disappointed. There's ice cream next-door to bonus.!

Food is fresh and really good . Customer service not great but you just order at the counter so not a big deal .

I met my son here after his college classes and it didn't disappoint for him. My son ordered a cheeseburger. He really liked it. He's frugal so when he said we can comeback that is a real compliment. I was hungry for chicken. I looked at the options, first wanting the wings, but decided the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. I love the honey-based Nashville sauce but don't like the mess so the sandwich it is. The sandwich had two patties on it, plenty of sauce, right heat, but the bun and chicken were falling apart when I tried to consume it. Fries were ok. Service and receiving the food was slow. This can be understood since we tried the place a few days of their opening. I will definitely try this place again and have been craving it. However, their hours of operation have them closing at 9pm.

The smallest, least flavorful, & most un-crispy wings I've ever had from a restaurant. My husband picked them up for carryout for our anniversary & they were massively underwhelming. We live 5 minutes away & he picked them up immediately. The pic is after we warmed them in the multi-cooker. Unfortunately severely disappointed.

The wings were crispy and very saucy. The sauce had amazing flavor. I got the hot honey and it was definitely zippy but so yummy! We also got fries which were good and the fried pickles-AMAZING! This will be my new go to place for wings. The restaurant was clean and they got our order out quickly and accurately.
