Your $75 termination (tote pickup) fee is unreasonable gouging. I never agreed to this. This $75 tote fee was not mentioned on my first contract/bill in March of 2019. Note: I did notice Waste Management put it on the front page of my current bill in addition to raising rates (again). I could solve this by dropping it off but evidently that is not allowed. $75 is almost as much as 3 months of weekly trash pickup and Waste Management wants that much $ just to drive by and pickup a tote... Nothing like burning the bridges with a customer who leaves.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a horrible company to deal with. They rip you off.

Wastemanagement is the worst garbage company in Colorado Springs...Do not use them ...We have had them pick up our garbage for years...in the last year they have went down hill and beyond...They probably pick up our trash 1 day a month...They just stopped coming....don't know why...but I have called them 20 times in the last 6 months because they just don't come...They always have an excuse and then say that they will pick up today...and they don't come...I have always paid way in advance...I tried to cancel today and they told me after I waited on the phone for 2 hours...That there is a $75 cancellation fee and I would not get a refund...I am paid up for the next 6 months...I wanted to talk to a supervisor and she would not let me...I told her it is not my fault that there service is so horrible..all I want is my trash picked up....and they still would not come and pick it up...

If you are looking for a competent, and reliable trash pickup service do not use Waste Management. The only thing they are consistent at is not picking up our trash in a timely manner and on the days they are supposed to and this includes days when weather is not an issue.

They didn't come the Thursday before Christmas (12/19) for recycling. We have called a total of 5 f**king times and been told they were either A) coming today or B) already serviced our house. It has been 5 days now and our recycling bin STILL has not been serviced, and no one will answer at the office! This is quite literally the worst customer service I have ever received from anyone, ever you'll have better luck sooner burying your trash in your f***king backyard

5 weeks in a row I have had to request a special pickup because they failed to see their bright green and yellow bins and then say we failed to put them out. I was far more patient than I wanted to be but I'm done now. Colorado Springs

Do NOT use this service. our pickup date is Monday, they never pick up until Tuesday. My recycling has been sitting on the curb for four days now, hasn't been picked up yet. turns out the driver lied and said he picked it up but he didnt. so now I have to wait until someone has the time to come get our recycling. it wasn't our fault but we are being penalized. Katie, a supervisor, apologized, but that doesn't get it picked up! I'm looking into getting another company! I bet if I didn't pay the bill an apology wouldn't be good enough for them!

Three times more expensive than others. Was very reasonable 17 years ago but because of constant/quarterly increases I'd look elsewhere.

I rarely write any reviews, but in this case I felt I had to. Waste Management misses pickups regularly and will not schedule another pickup when they do. They are far overpriced for the level of service they provide. I recently received notification that they would discontinue servicing our area on Nov. 1st, 2022. For the past 2 weeks, they have not picked up the trash. Its almost as if they are forcing our hand in finding a new provider earlier than Nov 1st. Terrible business practices if you ask me, but least they can throw a decent golf tournament...

Our driver Brandon is absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond with a smile. He comes to us on Monday and Friday. I wish we had him as a driver on Wednesday as well. He is extremely consistent, never leaves trash behind and does not moan or complain when he has extra pick ups such as couches. He is very aware of driving through the parking lot and does not speed through. He makes sure the gates are closed and no trash is lying around.Brandon is the best part of Waste Management!Copper Chase Apartments
