I don't know where all the negativity is coming from. We moved here last winter and WM has provided better trash service for us than our old location did. Very convenient and they pick up all the trash you might have, not just the one or two receptacles.

Like everyone else on here... they have missed picking up my trash multiple times. When we call we are told it has been delayed with no estimate on when it will be picked up or they lie and tell us that it was picked up. Today was the final straw. Our trash has been sitting out since trash day and has not been picked up. We received an email telling us that it was delayed. When we called they told us that they will pick it up a week late due to delays. We told them that was unacceptable. On the same call...they then told us that our trash was picked up... even though the trash can is still sitting there full... right next to our neighbors can... that was picked up. They will take your money... lie to their customers... and refuse to do the service that they were paid for... while trying to either blame the customer or make an excuse as to why they miss multiple pick ups and will pick up some customers trash while not picking up the house next door. Do not go with waste management... go with any other company. We will be filling a complaint and taking them to small claims court if they don't refund us for services not rendered.

I set up services and after the trash cans were dropped off they literally never did any pickups. I called to cancel service. A month later I had to call again because they never picked up their cans. Now for the last few months I've been randomly billed for a service I don't have. I'm on the phone, ON HOLD FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR, currently. This is a friggin nightmare!

Call Infinite, do not go with WM, and if you're with WM, cancel ASAP! Things got even worse after I cancelled service. Now they are harrasing me for an unpaid balance for service never received since I cancelled before the next cycle. I was finally able to cancel service, or lack of service, after weeks of calling, being on hold, transfered and put on hold again, "wasting" so much of my time and making it very difficult to cancel. They even at one point offered a month of service free, and they still messed up before renewal. I finally got a hold of the Monument WM division, because the Colorado Springs WM does not communicate with Monument, on hold for 30 minutes, then spoke with someone that told me they would back date my cancellation and have no balance due. I said there should not be anything due anyway because WM owes me a free month I didn't even take advangtage of. Finally got the account cancelled, WM was suppose to pick up the containers Tuesday, of course they're still sitting out there 2 days later, then today, I get an URGENT message that I owe WM money. If they continue to harrass me I will seek legal representation. Trust the poor reviews. DO NOT GO WITH WM! They're a huge headache, and not worth anyones time.

We are supposed to have our trash picked up on Mondays...this has happened once since December. They skipped this week and when I called on Tuesday, they said they came by at 5:09 PM and our container wasn't out. It had been out since 7AM. I spoke with a manager and he "guaranteed" it would be picked up 6PM on Wednesday.It is now Thursday afternoon. I called again and after 7 tries (call kept getting disconnected) I spoke with a manager again and was told he would transfer me. Disconnected again. I tried recalling 4 times and finally went to the live chat on the website. I was told I would have to send an email to an address (that is not on their website) to request cancellation. I did.I called my credit union to see if I could cancel the automatic withdrawal and discovered it would cost $25. I'm going to wait another day before having the credit union intervene, but I'm not holding my breath that WM will do the right thing and process my request for cancellation.This company is horrible and they make it practically impossible to cancel service.

Just found out that WM is skipping our pickup this week. They have a problem getting their weekly routes completed. No only will they not pick up yard waste, but they also can't pick up waste and recycling at all this week.

I have been a Waste Management customer for over 20 years, but I am tired of the price always going up and the reliability of trash pickup going down - way down. I am never quite sure, regardless of weather, if my trash is going to be picked up or not. I understand weather can be an issue, but when my trash isn't picked up on a clear day, but my neighbor's is picked up by a competing trash company in the middle of a snowstorm, something isn't right. "Rescheduled" trash pickup has even occurred in the summer when snow isn't an excuse. Unfortunately, I didn't realize WM doesn't give refunds so, unless I want to just give them the $170 I recently paid, I will have to use their services until the end of April. Not a happy camper! On a positive note, I had no issue reaching a live Customer Service Rep who was very professional and helpful.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Waste Management is not just a poor service provider; it's an absolute disaster that needs to be thrown away like the garbage it is. For three weeks straight, they failed to pick up our trash, leaving us with piles of waste while we struggled to get a single human on the phone. Ironically, the only way to speak to an actual person is to pretend you're signing up for new service--otherwise, you're stuck in an endless loop of frustration.When we finally reached someone, they put us on hold and hung up. Not once, but twice. That was the final straw. We canceled our service, only for Waste Management to collect their trash bin while leaving all the extra bags behind. The audacity!This company is an embarrassment to its name. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money. Waste Management doesn't just fail at handling trash--they are the trash.

The lady in the front is rude! The wait for the scales is long. There is not enough I can say about this place to keep people from going there. I would rather drive the distance to another location than go here. They are a joke!

Our trash pick-up day is on Mondays. Haven't had many Monday pickups as of late. We also recycle and getting that picked up is not as scheduled most time. This week they stated it can't be picked up because of the weather. They picked up regular trash but can't pick up out recycle..... Bull!!
