Amazing authentic German bakery/deli. The place is small but packed full of legit German goods. From cheeses to deli meats, sausages to coffees. Chocolates, cookies, pastries. Everything you could want. The ladies behind the deli counter were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions anout meats and recipes, and it was cool to see them yelling at each other in German. Haha! The parking lot is private and the prices are fair. I highly recommend you swing by and check out the sausages and german bologna. They were my favorite. Dont be shy about asking questions. A+

Cool place, good pastries and bratwurst. Excellent service and authentic selection of items. The vanilla custard was not super runny but thicker and sweet enough to give flavor but not too sweet to hurt the teeth and the atmosphere was great. Nowhere to sit inside but plenty of parking and a couple of outdoor tables. Definitely be back.

Okay, where do I begin? We had just gotten off the airplane from Phoenix, were starving, and still had a few hours before we checked into our Airbnb in the Old Colorado City area. I found this place on the map because it was nearby and had great reviews. Having a deep love for Nürnberger bratwursts and brotchen, we decided this would be our first stop.We were not disappointed. As soon as we walked into the bakery and saw the shelves of German products, and the counter full of meat, we knew we were going to experience good food. There were several people in there which echoed our predictions. The bakery is small, but clean and well kept. There are two tables out front for you to sit in the shade and enjoy your treats. You can get the raw brats to go or they can grill it up right there for you which was great. We ordered four, and of course got the sauerkraut and German mustard. The brats were amazing, but I am also a sucker for pastries, and they had several to choose from. Our favorite was probably the cinnamon roll, almond croissant and chocolate croissant. Bonus that they can warm up the pastries for you!The service was excellent, everyone was so nice and friendly. If you're ever in Old Colorado City, add this place to the list!

Quite the find in Colorado Springs. Bavarian fare at its best. Visit often to stock up on staples such as mustard, meats, and bread. A fun place to explore and try something new.

When my father-in-law was in town, we sent him to this bakery to pick whatever he wanted. He grabbed slices of bread. Not sure how to even describe the flavor, but it was really good. He grabbed a few large pretzels. These lasted for a few days and still tasted fresh. We tried the apple strudel over 2 days. It was definitely better the first day. We also had brioche buns but we ate them before I snapped a pic. The bakery provides directions on how to keep fresh and maintain. Very nice experience.

So good! Unique German items, made in house along with imported pantry items. Great selection of sweets, many items that are hard to find elsewhere. Everything from the bakery is fresh and yummy, deli meats and cheeses don't disappoint either, this is the real deal!

Amazing!! Quaint little bakery/deli/European store. We picked up way too many things because it looked so good, and we were right! We tried plum cake, German chocolate cake, soft pretzels, chocolate-dipped croissant, almond croissant, and my favorite - a streuseltaler - a large, fluffy bun, cut in half and filled with vanilla pastry cream. It was *chef's kiss*.Do not sleep on this place!!

Specifically made a detour thru the Springs to check this place out and I'm so glad we did! Colorado is severely lacking in quality German deli's and restaurants, particularly in the Denver metro. The selection was great, the service phenomenal, and I loved how the majority of the staff and clientele were speaking German. I'll definitely be coming back to this gem and bringing my German mother.
