Wilson Ranch Pool

The only reason I put a 4 is because their rules are weird. When we entered the entrance we were asked to wait because of a capacity limit so we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes. The pool is really huge and they also have a large size whirlpool that is heated and a lazy river in the large pool. Every 40-50 minutes they turn on the waves and it's super fun. FYI: $12 pre adult, and $10 pre youth. A huge slide too.

A fun pool with lots of things to do. Not really a good place to lap swim. Lifeguards take regular breaks every hour so everyone has to exit every hour for 10 minutes. Lacking seating (lounge chairs) and locker rooms are quite small and showers are very cold. I probably won't pay extra for it next year but it hits the spot on occasion.

Super fun and clean pool. Although it gets a bit crowded, I felt like there was plenty of life guards on duty. It's also nice they let you bring a lunch in. Just get there early to claim a chair.

This is a wonderful place to take the kids for the day! Get there at least 1/2 hr early to stand in line as the max capacity is based on lifeguards working that day! (Closer to school starting and the less lifeguards are available). Bring snacks and drinks in cans/foil pouches. Bring flip flops for the changing rooms/bathrooms because they can get quite sloppy at times. Most importantly, sunscreen or portable sun shade/umbrellas since no trees on the property. Your umbrella works well for standing in line in the sun too!!! If you have to go on the waitlist, no worries!! Go to Starbucks or the park next door and you'll be in soon. They text you when you can come!!

Lots of fun for little kids and their adults. I took my 4 yr old there and she had a blast. The pool is shallow (where we were), has a lazy river you float down and there is a whirlpool that the kids just love! The adult has to stay with the kid, of course. It was a lovely day and there is a Josh & John's ice cream place right next door to the ranch.

The website said it was to open as normal but then they updated the face book page instead of the website there were two employees there b it they weren't in the building and as soon as it hit ten they took off I waited for almost two hours just to find out the pool is closed not from the official website but from FACEBOOK not to mention there was a field trip that they update on the fact is was closed

F*** this place. TWICE have we tried coming here and they're closed. Website and everything says open. Call and they say they're open so we get ready and get there for them to be F******* closed! What a joke of a place. Don't know how they're still in business.

The Wilson ranch pool does not have enough lifeguards to open for this year. To save people's lives. I also know that the chairs at the pool were bold plastic broken all last year. I went to visit at the Wilson ranch pool yesterday.. I ask if they were going to the block system like last year. The pool supervisor her name was Miss Murphy. She said maybe we if she does not have enough lifeguards to handle the crowds. Please call before you go to pool because you might wait in line this year. When the pool gets 150 people they make eveyone leave. Then wait back in line again.

The pool itself is quite nice.The billing practices are atrocious. Any place that can take my money for services rendered should also be able to return my money to me should they be unable to provide me those services. Having to get a refund through my bank's fraud department instead of direct from the YMCA/Wilson Ranch Pool itself is ridiculous.

This Has to be the most stupidly run pool I've ever gone to. You pay to get in and then you have to leave at 3:30 so the people outside waiting to get in can get in and kicks everybody else out of the swimming pool. I don't understand why they don't do it that if someone leave someone gets permitted to go in instead of making the entire group of people in the pool leave get restamped stand behind the line of all the other people waiting to get in and see if they can get in. Poorly run dirty pool Nazi like people there and I won't be going back
