Julie is amazing and such a sweet lady. She did my hair today and always does an amazing job.Tisha does amazing with Nails and (hair!). I'm excited to get my eyelashes done by Bri. I hear she's amazing. I would recommend all three of these ladies.

Excellent. Tisha did my husband and my hair and she did exactly as asked. My haircut is not simple but she listened and did great. The funny thing was we didn't know she cuts our normal stylist's hair. What better recommendation then that.

Friendly people and great pedicures. I'm pretty sure this is the friendliest salon I've ever been to. All of the stylists and customers were so nice and welcoming. It felt like hanging out with old friends. I got a much needed pedicure and it was fabulous. I'll be back!

I don't think Tisha has much experience with Dip Powder Manicures, as this was the worst one I have ever received. I messaged her after my appointment on 7/21/23, to ask if I could come back to have her take a look at my nails, that were rough, bumpy, uneven, and had powder particles that could be seen and felt on the surface of the nails. I did not request a refund; just a recheck and a correction. Her reply was rude, and it seemed that she was annoyed and insulted. She stated that she had left her book at the salon, so she couldn't check availability until she returned, which would be several days later. She should have been in touch with me as soon as the salon opened on 7/25/23, but she has not called or messaged to schedule. I would have been a repeat client, if she would have followed up with my concerns, and stood behind her work. I texted her, rather than call the salon, to keep the situation private, but maybe it would have been better to alert the owner.

Unfortunately, the person who cut my hair wasn't one mentioned in the reviews and the results were... disappointing. I returned to have it evened out and the numerous "stragglers" trimmed to same length as the rest of my hair rather than dangling more than an inch below the rest. Most disturbing, the stylist was clearly annoyed, and acted as if I was simply unhappy with the style I had chosen rather than the unprofessional cut. Possibly just a bad day or two for this particular stylist?

Julie is wonderful. My dull, lifeless mass of straw hadn't been touched by a pro in two years, and somehow, she managed to make me look cute (as cute as possible for a 60-something woman). She was attentive to my needs, extra careful w/ COVID mindfulness, had a clean and lovely space, and a cutie-pie dog who was SO sweet and obedient. She was also fun to talk to ~ easy-going and non-judgmental ~ a great joie de vivre ~ really put me at ease. I will definitely return to her for future touch-ups!
