My #5 - Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese Combo - was a culinary delight, and I had to admire the way the patty really does fill out the large bun. My compliments to this Whataburger for not asking me if I wanted all the things that come on a stock Whataburger - of course I do! My only nitpick was a SUPER slippery floor - I almost busted my butt! Only after that did I look around and see two "wet floor" signs on the other side of the dining room.

My food was purposely messed with. I caught a video through the drive thru window. They were dancing and purposely dropped the cups and used the same ones for our drinks. We waited 30 min for the food and it was cold. They purposely didn't fill our gravy cups as well since they were too busy dancing. What was also weird it was guys twerking on each other. There were three- four boy teenagers that did this. They were dancing on each other and made us wait for so long and we were the only ones.

At 3:00 a.m. you'd think you'd have the place to yourself. Nope. Had to wait and wait - in the drive-thru. Then, the burger was kinda smashed and pretty tasteless . I didn't finish it. Only saving grace was super hot, super fresh fries . I won't be dropping in again if I can help it. Their only advantage was being the only fast food open 24hrs in that area.

Order # 743788. Forgot about my order in the drive thru. They took 30 min after I was the second customer in line. After knocking on the door twice and 5 cars helped after me, I finally got my food. I live right by whataburger but I'll choose anywhere else in the future to avoid crappy, slow service, with non-satisfactory food.

I'm so happy this place is open late because I was so hungry craving some chicken strips! The strips were perfectly cooked, the toast is one of the best parts, soft but a nice crunch too. You get to pick one sauce to dip the strips in, the honey BBQ is my favorite. Its enough food to fill you up. Highly recommend trying the strips! For it being so late the staff were kind and full of energy, handing us the food with a big smile.

I would have thought the location opened last week based on the pristine parking lot, good service and the impeccably clean dining space. We were that impressed.PRO-TIP: The large combo is a challenge even for a big guy like me -it is from Texas, after all. Small would have done just fine - at least on the fries.We don't get a chance to get Whataburger except maybe once every couple of years, so it was a treat for us. I grew up around them and introduced my wife a few years back. Wifey loves their patty melt and this one did not disappoint. I tried their chili cheeseburger and love that they had fritos on it and offered it with mustard. I wouldn't order it again. It was really good, but I regret not ordering the green chile burger and may have to rectify that before we are parted for another couple of years.We were greeted nicely when we came in and I like the way they bring the food out with ketchup, etc. right there for you. Not a complaint to be found.

Ever since trying whataburger in the southwest, I have been waiting for there to be a location I can go to. I live in Virginia and so my only hope was that they would pop up in the springs where my fam lives. Lo and behold, here they are. The location is super clean and bright. I went at a random time during they day so it wasn't busy. The service was excellent and the food was just as good as I remember. I got the patty melt, fries and the holy grail: jalapeño ranch to dip it all in. The patty melt was fresh and juicy and was perfection dipped in the ranch. I only take one star off because their fries are not in the top of fries I've had, but they do the job and again with the jalapeño ranch on them-delicious. Can't wait to come back on my next visit!

I tried going back to give them another chance and it was the same thing as before. They take a very long time to give you cold food. Looking into the drive thru window, half the staff is just standing there playing on their phones.

Waited extra long for my food and when I got home not one but both sandwiches were wrong and ice cold (I live not even 5 minutes away!) and the biscuit on one was hard as rock! The workers were super nice but maybe you should check on the cooks! A waste of $20 for sure!!!
