Where do we begin. Clean facilities - warm water - massive changing rooms - incredible staff. We've been enjoying our time as our 2 year old seemingly never stops talking about 'the pool'. From cold and frigid waters at other recreation centers, to warm waters and welcoming instructors. . We will definitely continue our journey here. TYLER CAVAN. request him. Utilize his skills. Get this guy a RAISE. Our son is obsessed with his style of instructing. Fun, easygoing and most importantly - made Mom feel like she was part of the action. Oh. And don't forget the sharks on the walls, along with unique treasure chest up front. This is a must for anyone looking at swim training Thank you Tyler Cavan for going above and beyond.

We have been going here for almost a year. We took our 4 and 2 year old daughter here. We wouldn't recommend them because you only get 10 minutes of instruction time maybe if your lucky. Our four-year-old didn't progress much in the time that we were there and our two year old instructor constantly canceled on ours. There was never a make up time that worked with our schedule because none of the teachers want to do the mommy and me classes. After my oldest daughter had problems with the instructor she was with there was no other times that we could possibly get her in that works with our schedule, I'm not gonna take her to class at 7 o'clock at night. (They need to think of littles time frame not adults) The constant cancellations and no good make up times and the lack of progression has made me think that this place is not worth the money try a different swim school.

Overall a nice place, we have been coming here for a year and a half now and our son made a huge progress. When we started he did not know how to swim at all, and today he's advanced in all swimming style. We had a few instructors along the way, some were better than others. He loves his current instructor Adam and that made a huge difference in his learning.Comparing their method to when I learned to swim many years ago, I think they can get to results a little faster with a lower number of lessons.

We usually go to the location in Pasadena but wanted to keep up our sons swim lessons while we were visiting Denver. Unfortunately, the person I scheduled the lesson with did not schedule us at the highlands ranch location (even though I asked repeatedly) but back in pasadena. So when we got to highlands ranch we waited for a while before we realized that we didn't have a lesson scheduled there. Luckily the manager Katie suited up and gave us a lesson and saved the day. She was very nice and it was very nice of her to help us out. :)

This business is run by a bunch of amateurs. Our classes were canceled every other week and the classes were exactly the same every time we actually got to go. We just showed up for our weekly class and were told the instructor called out AGAIN but no one notified us and now my daughter is sobbing. Spend your money somewhere else if you want a reliable and professional experience.

We have absolutely loved our time at Waterworks aquatics and specifically working with our encouraging instructor, Tyler. My sons (5 & 8) have advanced from beginner level swimmers to levels 7 and 10 in less than two months! Both my boys love swimming lessons and look forward to coming to every single lesson! I would highly recommend Waterworks to anyone looking for swimming lessons that promote safety, proficient swimming strokes, and fun!

We've been going to Waterworks in Highlands Ranch for over 3 years and have nothing but positive experiences. Our kiddo is special needs and they have scholarships with Developmental Pathways. There instructors are enthusiastic and great with the kids. I really appreciate the full sized pool and locker rooms. Special shout out to their service reps Debbie and Christian... very responsive and courteous.

My son has been coming here for about a year and and enjoyed the classes. The teachers are very knowledgeable and teach proper stechniques to your child. They also have each child graduate to the next level, so it incentivizes children to work hard.

Our Grandchildren, ages 11 and 13, came to live with us two years ago after a number of severely traumatic events in their lives. They could NOT swim at all, but were not afraid of water and therefore took too many risks. We signed them up for semi-private lessons together at Waterworks and they advanced very quickly up to level ten, far past the initial requirement of being basically safe in the water! These are not your Grandma's swimming lessons!! The system they have developed is incredible! Our teacher left and we were placed with Dalton, and he is AMAZING! He pushes and challenges them much harder, and has fun with them, and they LOVE it! We are talking about our grandson starting competitive swimming, which never even crossed our minds before! He has now had some success and it has brought him out of his shell in many areas! His life is changed! Both kids have flourished at Waterworks in two years. We've had good teachers, but Dalton is our favorite; he is awesome!!The only problem we have ever had is with communication regarding re-scheduling a lesson due to cancellations; The staff is always nice, but for awhile you couldn't get anyone on the phone in less than 45 minutes, then they couldn't ever seem to figure out how to fix it. I always wound up going to the live chat on the portal. It seems they have made some progress in this area lately, the staff seems to genuinely want to help, although they have a lot of trouble with their phones going down.I would definitely recommend Waterworks to anyone who is considering any lessons at any level! I can swim, but I want to sign up too! It jus looks like so much fun!
