The staff change and management change has been super impactful. They're always happy, friendly, and quick to help. Totally recommend them.

The teachers for the younger kiddos are great! The star I gave was for them. There are small issues that would steer me from recommending this facility.My chief compliant: The center director Deborah is shady. Couple of months after we stopped using them I got a collections notice in the mail. When I called to find out why they didn't reach out to me they stated they spoke to the kids mother regarding the matter. I was the primary account holder and they never notified me that there was a billing issue. It was a measly $60 bill that could and would have quickly resolved. When I asked Deborah why I as the primary account holder was not contacted prior to sending collections she would not give me a straight answer.

We have had both of our children at Northgate Kindercare, both in the younger kid side, and older kid side, and they are amazing! We love Brittany the Director and the teachers and staff are so kind! We trust them with our children very much and highly recommend them!

I love the Northgate kindercare and all of the teachers there! They are all very loving and accommodating. Ms. Peggy takes the time out to tell me how my child was and how they acted for that day. As well when I pick up and I'm always greeted with a good morning and a nice big smile.

I don't do a lot of reviews however I feel strongly about this one. Our 2 sons started going here June of 2023. When we toured the facility we were told they are in the process of rebuilding the staff and striving to be a top learning facility. They were so sincere that we thought we would give them a shot. They have been amazing! We talk with the teachers, Director and co Director and they really listen. They are accommodating to our individual needs. When our boys get in the building they are greeted by any staff member they see. Our kiddos love the good morning hugs they are sure to get when they get in their classroom. Our sons are a little delayed and we are seeing good strides in what they are learning from their peers and teachers!This isn't the closest KinderCare to our home but we are happy to drive further to be part of the location

This establishment shouldn't ever exist .I got a call Thursday morning after I drop off my kid. Teacher in the phone told me that my poor son got bid by a kid three times in a face . Three times !! Fucking three times . How could you let this happened under 2 teachers supervision . They have 0 professional in what are they doing . If you consider sending your children here , I urge you to think twice or more . They put your kid on dangerous spot and won't prevent it happened. One time is understandable and acceptable. But the scond time and third times is completely ridiculous. I took my son to Emergency room been waiting just to clean up his wound . He's only 2 Man . I do some research and ask some legal advice. They violate conduct code by neglect the children

We loved the teachers that are daughter had but the communication from management was terrible. We have moved to another daycare because of the continued issues we were having. The food they feed the kids is terrible and caused all kind of issues for our little girl. She would come home dying of thirst because they never gave her water during the day. We would not recommend this daycare to anybody.

This person's review is right abt this location. This location charges for sick days and excused absent days. I asked the lady was this a new rule and she said it has always been our rule. Then I asked her where does it say that in the registration application and she couldn't say anything so she didn't charge me and I told her that we weren't returning. Now for all locations they do charge a (what they call a reservation fee) and a late fee. So frm that point I have been taking my child to the monument location and now have been told that this center will be shutting down and that those teachers will be combining with the middle creek location. I am highly disappointed bcuz the teachers @ the monument location r loving and caring and u can't find ppl like them.
