Vogan Jewelry & Engraving

This place has done engraving and jewelry repair for me. They are very friendly and the jewelers at their benches can be seen from the counter. When something comes up that needs an answer the jeweler is right there with an answer.I have purchased a brooch for my wife-unit that she seems to really like.The prices for jewelry repair seem to be more than fair. They recently repaired a clasp on a necklace that has great emotional meaning to my mother-in-law unit and noticed in doing so that some of the beads were weak. They used epoxy of some sort to make an invisible repair and didn't seem to charge anything for the extra work.We are lucky to have such a neat place in the Bonn Shopping Center.

My husband's gold chain had broken after 5 years of wearing it daily, so I took it to be repaired at a jeweler north Colorado Springs. When I got it back, it wasn't even the same chain. They had soldered it back together, but it looked terrible. I was very upset set as my husband loved this chain and wanted it to be repaired vs just replacing it. After some research, decided to take it to Vogan's to see if it could be salvaged. They not only repaired it to basically original condition, but they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using them, especially for gold repair! It's a lovely family owned business.

Me and my family have been using Vogan for years. Outstanding and reasonably priced repairs. BTW we have had jewelry customized there too and the owner, Rege, never promised lifetime free repairs nor would we expect him to do so! No reputable jeweler would do this as people do stupid things and break jewelry all the time, including us! So the Yelp review by Trina about her experience here is suspect.

This is a great place to shop for beautiful jewelry or get a special piece repaired. The two pair of earrings I brought in to be reconfigured turned out perfectly. I had a fantastic experience at Vogan! I got engaged last weekend and the ring was a bit too big. A friend of mine recommended I go to Vogan to have it resized, and they went above and beyond my expectations. They told me it might not be done for a few days but then had the ring finished within 24 hours (this is important when you're recently engaged and have "ring withdrawl" ;) lol) The customer service is fantastic and I truly felt like they took interest in my ring and helping us through the wedding planning process as we go. I love that they offer complimentary cleanings and stone checks as well! I can't recommend Vogan enough!

Good luck if you go here....what a joke! I came into the store needing a couple batteries changed on my replica watches. They told me there not certified to do this and would not even touch my watches?! Huh? Wierd...Its a 50$ replica. So I asked the gentleman how "can I open the back myself?" He did not even respond to my question went back to work fixing something. Very rude and unprofessional! I wont be back!!
